Just What I'm Looking For

Difficult to get customer service!!!
Purchased 2 months ago - worked once . The Receiver unit has died and instructions are pathetic. Unfortunately it has a non standard size rechargeable battery and it is impossible to tell which is on and off on the switch. When plugged in to charge over night the light glowed red but immediately went out when disconnected ( maybe it should turn green - who knows!!), possibly a defective switch or battery - impossible to tell - the switch on the receiver seems flimsy and is not marked "on or off".If have tried raising a query with the manufacturer but was diverted to Amazon - tried Amazon and was diverted back to the manufacturer!!

Great value and good quality
The media could not be loaded. Great value cordless microphone! Comes with a rechargeable receiver and the mic uses 2 x AA batteries supplied. Plastic materials so may crack is dropped but it has a good weight and solid feel. Also has adjustable frequency setting for multiple setups and the sound quality is excellent. Range was also good with no drip walking from room to room at home. Really great quality and solid construction 👍👍👍
