This Salter is the smaller 20cm pan - I also bought the Salter 28cm wok. Both are fantastic. The ceramic coating is so much less toxic than the teflon-types, even the newer teflon coating (which they had the nerve to call 'GenX') is, according to Ewg dot org, just as toxic as the old teflon. No PFAS present in the ceramic coating on this Salter pan. Bought silicone spatulas to use on these pans as metal is a no-no. Easy to clean, by handwashing not dishwasher. Don't need to heat pan up very hot, as they don't recommend this (fumes released) and all food we have cooked on Salter ceramic pans are perfect. The food does not stick at all. Love them.

Lovely set. Very easy to clean, nothing sticking yet. Nice to have the larger pan as well as the smaller at very little extra cost than just having one. Heats up well and I also am very impressed it’s made from recycled materials and toxin free, which I’m sure my old pans would eventually get me!

This pan anything but non stick. I have only used it 3 times. On the first use, the sides of the pan turned brown. I could smell some plastic burning. When I checked the pan all over the handle was fine and everywhere else. The only burning that occurred was in the pan itself. I scrubbed the pan and removed the burn marks. Used the pan 2nd and 3rd time and it burnt again, the food did not burn but the pan changed colour and burnt again. This pan is not worth it. It burns everytime I use it. I'm so disappointed with this purchase.

So far I'm liking this very much! So unless it suddenly starts chipping or the coating comes off I'm fairly certain this was a great buy. Feels good in the hand. Not to heavy and seems to be pretty robust.

The media could not be loaded. Lovely looking 18cm recycled aluminium saucepan that looks and feels like a good quality product. I’m surprised how relatively light it feels. It has ceramic coating and is non-stick.It has a 5 year guarantee.I like that it has a glass lid so that I can see inside the pan when using it. This one has a useful steam vent.The knob on the lid and the handle are stay-cool, with a rubber feel to them so you don’t burn your fingers.I’ve cooked scrambled eggs and warmed up soup using this pan. I used warm water and a soft sponge and it cleaned up very well.Don’t use metal utensils with the saucepan as you’ll end up damaging the ceramic plating. Use plastic or wood.Reasonably priced. I’d recommend this.

Unfortunately this product did not meet expectations as the surface coating seem to scratch and not not wear well. I am extremely disappointed as I am wasted money on two fry pans and within 6 months had to replace them with another purchase.
