The DARKDAWN 395nm UV flashlight has exceeded my expectations. It's compact, well-built, and the USB rechargeable battery is very convenient. The light output is bright and consistent, making it useful for a variety of tasks without having to worry about replacing batteries.One of the main reasons I bought it was for electronics work, and it cures UV solder mask very nicely. It provides even coverage and cures the solder mask quickly and consistently, making PCB repairs much easier. I've also used it for other UV inspection tasks, and it performs great there as well.Overall, this is an excellent little UV flashlight for the price. If you need a reliable 395nm black light for electronics projects or general UV applications, I highly recommend it.

This UV flashlight is small, lightweight, and very easy to carry. The light is bright and works well for a variety of uses. The rechargeable design is convenient, and the battery life has been impressive. It feels sturdy in hand and the build quality is better than expected for the price. A useful tool to keep at home, in the car, or while traveling. Great value and highly recommended.

Cures my UV epoxy nice and quick, and I can adjust the beam size if I need a larger area covered. Mind you, the larger the beam, the less intensity it has, thus the curing time will be proportionally longer. WITH THAT SAID, the ONLY negative I see here, is that you will get to a focal distance where you'll see the LED array projected, meaning the light isn't being defused enough and is concentrated on that spot and outside of it, you're not getting much curing done. For me, it seemed to be around half-extension point. But outside of that small window, this is great. It's so great, I bought my friend one, who was using a dinky button cell push UV light for his field work in Exotics Veterinary. He uses UV resin/glues for shell and beak repairs all the time. This cures faster, doesn't get hot, and holds a charge for a lot longer. I also love the fact that you can open this guy up, pop out the 18650 cell, and put a new one in, if anything should happen to the cell. Meaning reduction in E-WASTE since the LED should long outlast the battery. It does charge a bit slow, but is to be expected from these devices, they all seem to be plagued with terrible charging circuitry.In conclusion, 100% would recommend, the focusing gimmick works great, easy to manipulate, hard metal shell, perfectly sized to be not too big or too small, replaceable battery, so if you do need this for prolonged field use, you can just chuck a few extra 18650 cells in your bag. Loved it so much, bought one for a friend who has gotten a lot of use out of it, already. Veterinarian and hobbyist approved.

I actually use this product to check the conditions of Pokemon cards. Simply turn the card around and check for white marks or scuffs. So far working well and its rechargeable.

Great for what it is used for, like thrifting and looking for uranium glass, and other glass that glows. Also works for finding the spots on carpet that your pup may have had an accident. It’s a pretty strong light compared to the little pen lights. And I like being able to recharge it.

Dead On Arrival. Really wanted to like this at first. After multiple tries of getting it to charge, it sort of worked great until it needed to be charged the second time. Wouldn't charge unless it was held at a very certain angle (tried this with multiple different cords that work very well otherwise for other devices). That was the first and second time trying to charge it. Many attempts were made the second time to get it to charge, but it wouldn't happen. Would only turn on if it was on the charger.It has never been out in the rain, only indoors. I'm sure this isn't the case every time, so that's why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 star. But for me, it's a zero star. Stinks, because the design seems like a winner with it's features (if it wasn't a dud).EDIT: Seller reached out to me to make everything right. Updated from 2 to 4 stars.

This is a very good UV light. I got it mainly for curing resin for my 3D printer and it excels at that.No problems as with some of the other reviews.I'm very happy with it and I would recommend it to others.
