My son and I painted these to resemble a character on one of his favorite shows. He loves them, and they will not fall apart! We spent quality time together and achieved an excellent end result! I gave these to my kids to paint inside as a party favor on one of their birthdays. They loved painting their scepters with chalk markers. I was surprised how different they turned out even with the same wooden base. The wood was smooth and I liked that the bottom came separate which made it easier for my kids to paint. We're not having any issues with it coming apart as it stays put but can be removed if wanted. My kids had a lot of fun designing the stars!

I love that we can paint and decorate these ourselves. The stars and the wand handles come separate so you have to put them together, which is fine. They are made out of wood.
