I had been on a quest to find a quality small serated (bagel) knife. Seemed like an easy task, but they were all either full bread knives, cheaply made or very expensive. I finally decided to just buy this Zelite knife from Amazon. I am pleasantly surprised with the quality, weight, balance and edge. Really over delivered on my expectations. ?'ve had it now for several months and it still looks great.. although we do hand wash our kitchen knives. The only improvement I would recommend is to take the name off the handle (it's on the blade too). It just looks a bit tacky.

This knife appears that a lot of thought went into its design. The full length tang inspires strength and overall grip length fits my xl glove size hand comfortably. Extremely sharp and easy to handle and use. So far very satisfied.

What a great all-rounder! I love the Zelite infinity brand and yet again they seem to have produced another winner. I have used this from everything from cutting fruit, sandwiches, bread, meats, sausages and more. It's such a versatile little knife I find I am using it now for almost everything in my general day to day tasks. At this price point also, value for money is off the charts. German X50 Cr MoV 15 is a top-grade steel and one used in the likes of the Wusthof Classic Ikon range (except they are 5x the price of course). You cannot go wrong with this fantastic utility knife - 5-stars from me, I love it!

These are great knives - I have several of the Comfort Pro series and plan on adding more. Very well balanced and easy to sharpen. I keep mine surgical sharp with a little imarku hand sharpener. For care I wash by hand and let them dry in rack and have had zero spots. Highly recommend.

This knife feels really good in your hand and is balanced very well. This knife is very sharp and makes cutting, chopping and dicing Vegetables easy, just be careful because this knife will cut you quick, fast and in a hurry if you are careless with it.

I expected this knife to be very sharp, but it is not. It cut easily through a tomato, but I had to saw through a lemon. It is well made and easy to handle, but not sharp enough to cut easily through a lemon without effort.

Anche se è made in China è realizzato secondo standard qualitativi tedeschi e sembra di buona fattura. È comodo in quanto è difficile trovare un coltello da cucina con lama seghettata di 15 cm multiuso, di solito i coltelli seghettati hanno lame piu lunghe e sono indicati per il taglio del pane. Questo è versatile e consiglio di lavarlo a mano ed asciugarlo subito per evitare l'insorgere di fastidiosissime macchie di ossidazione.

This is the first time I’ve spent a little more on a knife and I have to say I’m a convert. Slices through stuff like it isn’t there and is comfortable in the hand. Fabulous quality that will last for years and I recommend it.

Je voulais un couteau avec des petites scies autre que le couteau à pain. Je m en sers pour trancher des gros morceaux de viande
