Easy for traveling and at home; good for digestion.
Five billion probiotic organisms! Lightweight, dry capsules individually foil+blister sealed (15 per sheet) are easy to carry and store at room temperature while traveling and at home. Keeping them in a refrigerator is suggested during hot summer months or above 25C=77F. Jarro-Dophilus EPS are made in Canada with negligible soy or milk; no wheat, gluten, egg, fish, shellfish, or nuts. One a day keeps me calm and regular inside (especially helpful while traveling and enjoying all sorts of exotic food and drink). I could not ask for better service from Amazon UK supplier Healthy Kingdoms: this was one of six items on an order, which was shipped correctly in one package (as requested), from England to Italy and delivered early, in good condition.

Great remedy for IBS symptoms
Hi, I ordered a few of these because it was cheaper to buy from this international seller than the UK. But be prepared to wait a bit longer. Order in advance of running out. These pro-biotics are fantastic for getting IBS under control when your gut has an imbalance of good and bad bacteria. But you must give them time to work. It's not an overnight cure.

These are great!
I felt a difference in my digestion virtually from day 1............I take now only one a day although you can take more but that seems right for me........gone is the nauseous feelings that I used to get in the morning and my digestion is so much better.

Promising for IBS
I have been taking 1 per day 30minutes before my last meal of the day for a week to help with IBS and have noticed a big reduction in bloating after meals. Will continue to keep taking

These are a good quality probiotic. I have digestive issues and these help a lot, combined with another probiotic.

Only Received One Box
Only received one box instead of the two boxes shown in the listing photos and described in the text. Either this was a fulfillment center issue and the wrong item was pulled and shipped, or this is a deceptive listing by the seller. At $30 for a single box, its way, way over-priced, but for 2 boxes, $30 is a very good value. The product itself is excellent, have used them for years. FWIW, ordered September 2021 and the product shipped to me has a use-by date of January 2023 Will be interesting to see how Amazon resolves this
