I’ve never purchased nibs. But, cacao in any form is not naturally sweet. It has no sugar, natural or otherwise. Whatever cacao is used for, it’s up to the user to sweeten as preferred, whether it’s with refined sugar, stevia, honey, etc. Cacao is not bitter nor sweet. It’s real food unspoiled by sugar.
