Firstly the left and right labels are on the wrong straps, I've checked the advert pictures and 100% sure I have set them up correctly; if you have problems, perhaps swap the left and right and see if that helps.The wrist straps are very supportive and the detachable hand part is a good design, helps get the right fit for different size hands. Very well put together and they look a quality item, 4 stars for that, would have been 5 if the L & R labels were correct.Are these better than normal gloves, Yes!I have just used them this afternoon during my gymnastic rings and weights workout, so wish I had purchased them years ago. The wrist support is exceptional and the palm cover works a treat.Recommended!!Purchase 2nd pair, as I needed one for home gym and one for work gym, rather than having to bring them back and forth each day. Purchased the black/white version this time, great product, but still incorrect L & R labels, which is no issue, but worth knowing if you are struggling to put them on.Love them.

They seem well made but no use for monkey bar type stuff, I pulled the skin of my hand doing monkey bars at the gym due to it being rubber coated bars. Bought this and thought they would be great, but now it just cuts to the three fingers and crumpled under your palm to create a poor connection. Not what I was looking for

I have nothing but great things to say about this product. I had obtained an injury to my wrist whilst Squat cleaning up to my 1Rmax. I needed something that offered stability and support for my wirst whilst giving me protection through my gymnastic work. This product has proven to be a great combination. It helped me keep training and slowly my wrist healed and i would lessen the tightness of the wirst strap as strength returned. The attached stirp has never come out so is very secured in place when stuck on and wraped around. The stirp folds over a bit giving me a doublt layer of comfort whilst hanging on a bar for pull ups or muscle ups.Still use this every workout and there has been no tare or damage during this period to the product.

These are so rubbish.I train CrossFit and got these to help with the pain u get in the hands when u do pull ups and beestings.These gloves were absolutely rubbish and had no grip. I ended up just taking them off and using my hand againThe bear claw bit for your wrist is so huge and clunky and they are difficult to put on.Wish I could get a refund

Really useful combination. Well thought out design. I have 3 products from this company now and all are very good quality and at least half the price of bigger brands. I had a slight issue with one of the product so contacted the seller, they got back to me and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. Excellent service.

Strong round the wrist but not good for people who already have big wrists as to get the leathers grips in place and no instructions on how to do it.You got to remember some people are just starting out .

Guys this is a must buy - good support for wrists ( i had an injury in past and it s painful to train without wrist support )and the leather palm gloves is far better than your normal hand gloves which are hard to remove where those are easy to put them on, work with them and take them off when you finish or just feel like using wrist supportMy 1st pair lost it because my gf threw them by mistake

They are really big and difficult to put on. Choose smaller size than yours, I ordered medium after measuring my hand and it was way too big. I returned them and I had to pay £3.99 delivery charges to do so. I ended up spending £3.99 and having :/. it consist in 2 different pieces the palm protection and the wrist support, you put them together using the velcro.
