Polar Flawless Lacquer Spray - Clear Coat Spray Paint - Matte - 6x400ml

Used this to speak some headlights i polished up and its been holding up great! The spray was smooth and even, easy to use, and didnt leak. Crystal clear even months later. I did both sides and still have tons left in the can I'll have to find a use for!

This clear coat works really well! I clear coated my metal flowers that I put in my flower bed because they last longer. It is easy to use and goes on clear and it extends the life of my metal objects that are outdoors. Some say they are clear coated when you purchase them, but I usually add a couple of extra coats , top & bottom, just to improve their color, and improve their durability. The clear coat enhances their appearance, enhancing their ability not to rust therefore improve their longevity.

Beautiful finish without a doubt! Just one issue ... test spray it on what your are covering! I had an adverse effect on the first thing I sprayed causing the paint to bubble and crack. I contacted the company of the lacquer and also the company of the paint that I was covering with the lacquer. The Polar Clear people were extremely helpful. Through their information and some tests that I conducted on my own I found out that the solvents in some of the colors of spray paint that I was covering with the lacquer did not work together no matter how long the cure time was and the problems were spotty. I found that certain other ones were not affected at all, so now I have a solution that fixes the issues. Definitely a good product if you want a really nice high gloss finish.

Delivered quickly. I like this product and have bought it again. It is easy to use and you can get a nice smooth finish. I’ll have to see how long the finish will last however, only time will tell that tale.

made my flower pot shiny then ex stole what was left bc that's what he does for painting so why give what I paid for he destroyed everything that was mine

I do wood crafts and use stains and paints this sealer works excellent have purchased twice is on my frequent purchase list

Bought the Polar Clear Gloss for a project I did for my daughter. She asked me to redo her snowboard deck and lay some images down to customize it for her. I really needed a good sealing clear that first would seal the surface and the graphics and second put a shine on it that would “POP”. Polar Clear did even better than the reviews I read about it. It went on smoothly and stayed level, sealed the deck perfectly and shined like a new car. I finished and could not believe this was from a rattle can. Love this product and will use it on any other paint project I do.

I wanted a high gloss finish on a wood carving I made for my grandson. The wood was Bolivian rosewood. The carving was sanded to 800 grit sand paper and heavily burnished to close the wood grain as this was considered an oily wood. This lacquer was easy to apply and layered well. It did not get gummy or cloudy. I applied three layers and use the light touch of 0000 steel wool to rub out a few dust flecks and localized minor imperfections - not on the entire piece. I achieved a nice high gloss finish at the end. Happy with this product and will continue to use it.

This lacquer spray is quality, very smooth flow from the spray, very easy to use, the gloss lacquer spray gives a lovely shiny finish, you get a decent coverage for each can, just one thing if your using it indoors just make sure you have plenty of ventilation, it is a pretty strong smell, but it's worth the money. !!!

We have used the gloss version of this varnish on many objects, ranging from sealing diamond art, spraying a wooden box that had been stained, spraying miniatures, stones and pebbles that have been decorated and painted. So many other objects have also been sprayed with this varnish. First thing to note, ventilation is very much needed. We typically do our spraying outside on a well prepared table covered with paper etc. Sometimes, if using over a paint we are unsure of, we apply a little of that paint on something disposable and test on that first. We can then gauge any reactions or shade variation etc due to the varnish. Typically we apply even coats, only applied thinly, and keep the can moving at a steady pace. The coverage is good and it is quick to dry. We often find the object is dry to touch if left overnight and completely solid, if many coats have been applied, over the next couple of days. We have had zero issues in using this spray, the gloss effect seems to be cumulative....a single coat not being too glossy but after several that is increased. Do not apply too thickly, it will have a chance of running or produce "bubbles" within the thick coats. Also it can dry a milky white is too thick. Overall very much recommended if applied with care and, if needed, test coats etc used. I hope this has been helpful.

Sehr vorbildlich.

A great product, gives a great finish and easy to apply. Would certainly recommend against more expensive rivals.

We bought this clear coat spray paint specifically for a wooden birdhouse we kept outside, which was constantly soaking up moisture and getting damp from the weather. The spray created a fantastic protective layer that effectively stops the wood from absorbing water and keeps it in great condition outdoors. However, be aware that the lacquer smell is extremely strong and overpowering during application! It is definitely something you should only use in open outdoor spaces, as the fumes take quite some time to air out.
