Skillmatics Card Game for Toddlers – Jump & Learn, Preschool Learning Cards

Great recommendation from my son’s therapist! Allows my son to learn while he plays and jumps around. He is pretty rough, so they definitely can tear. Fun game for the family to help his social skills, gross motor, and mental processing. Would definitely buy for friends and family!

These are fun and engaging. Easy to use and understand. The quality is good as long as we put it away and not leave it out for the kids ha. My son is 3 and daughter is 4 and they had fun!

Jump to Learn is a fun activity set with a lot of great categories and creative ways to incorporate both movement and learning. It feels very comprehensive and has a lot of potential for educational and therapy-based activities. However, in my experience working with toddlers, many younger children have difficulty following the directions or using the activities in the way they were originally intended. The games often require a lot of redirection, modification of instructions, and adaptation of the written prompts to keep children engaged and make the activities functional for therapy sessions. While the product is marketed for ages 2–6, I personally found it much more appropriate for children closer to 5–6 years old. Many 2–4 year olds struggle to attend to the activities for long periods without significant support or simplification. Even with older children, it can still require a fair amount of adaptation to keep the activity engaging and make it last longer than a few minutes. Overall, it’s a creative and versatile set, but therapists, teachers, or parents working with younger toddlers should expect to modify the activities quite a bit to match the child’s developmental level and attention span.

So many different activities and games to play with these whilst learning colours, letters and numbers. My son’s favourite is finding colours from around the house and placing the item on the relevant colour card. I also call out the colours and he jumps or hops onto them. Excellent cards that can be used for years!

Very good activity for 2-3 year olds. My son loves playing this. The cards are quite hard and sturdy and the box is great way to store it so it’s very practical.
