Works great. Support from company is excellent.
Works fine. I had an issue where I did not remove a piece of tape (that should have been obvious to me). I contacted the company. They responded quickly, explaining the label was in French (even though I speak a bit of French, I missed this!). Anyway, the problem was quickly resolved. The support was very helpful and quick. They assured me the cartridge is new and not recycled. It works fine in my iX-1 unit. I will buy from them again.

Doesn't work in Quadient ix-1
We installed this in our Quadient ix-1 and it didn't work. The machine kept saying "ink cartridge empty". I compared it to the old cartridge we took out and there did seem to be a chip missing from this one that we purchased off Amazon.
