I think this is a great product for anyone needing to supplement their B-vitamins. I advise caution, and to be wary of taking a full dose (2 pills) alongside a multivitamin. I did so without thinking, but when I looked I was taking way too many b-vitamins to an almost dangerous amount. Do your own analysis and make sure you aren’t wasting your money on expensive pee.What this ended up being perfect for is during the summer I work outside. A half dosage in the early afternoon kept me going and feeling sustained. The pills themselves have a pleasant peppermint smell, they’re relatively small and cheap.

Most B complex mixes have vastly excessive amounts of one or more B vitamins. Unless you have a specific diagnosed condition that requires a huge dose, there's no need for so much; and I and my oncologist agree that more isn't necessarily better, even of water-soluble vitamins. This B complex has a balanced, 5X RDA of everything. Not too much, just enough to make up for possible marginal deficiencies.Well, I must have been short of one of the B vitamins because I did notice improved energy and motivation with this complex.

The media could not be loaded. I started taking B complex to boost my energy and support my workouts, and it really made a difference. I feel less tired, more focused, and stronger overall. It’s great if you don’t get a lot of vitamin B from your diet. Definitely worth trying if you’re feeling low on energy or want to support a stronger body. Plus it’s small capsules with very minimal taste and easy to swallow. Recommended!

Good vitamins. They usually come with this mint flavored freshness packet so they smell minty vs earthy. However, this shipment was missing it so I just put the one in from my previous order in.

I guess it is sustaining my health as a supplement. I like the soft gels and the size. It goes into my throat easier.

I’ve ordered this Sports Research B-Complex five or six times now, and it’s consistently excellent. Unlike other B-Complex supplements I’ve tried—especially powdered ones—this one doesn’t have that weird taste, smell, or lingering after-burp. Whatever liquid encapsulation they’re using really works. It goes down easy, and I’ve had no upset stomach or side effects at all. If you’re looking to increase your vitamin B intake without the typical issues, I highly recommend giving this one a try.
