Well, these are tasty, the thing I really love about them is that they contain calcium only, no other supplements. It’s been surprisingly hard to find a calcium supplement that does not also combine vitamin D. I already take vitamin D in my multivitamin and don’t want to overdo it. Despite what some may say, if you are not deficient it is absolutely possible to overdue vitamin D, and it can hurt your kidneys and other organs.

This is an easy review. Calcium needed per doctor for my wife. She was told how much she needed to take daily she prefers to take it as a gummy and She likes them. She likes the taste and she would recommend them to anyone that needed calcium in their diet as many women do as they get older. You know the old oldcosteoporosis..

The blueberry flavor is very good. When chewing a gummy it doesn't get stuck to your teeth, they dissolve easily as you chew it. I only take one at a time because your body cannot absorb more than 500 mg at a time, so to take two at a time would be a waste, so that is something to important to remember. Oh, one other thing- the gummies kind of get stuck together in the jar halfway down so I just use a spoon handle to separate them, I don't care about that, I really like them. The company puts their moisture packet on the bottom, maybe they should put it in differently.

Much easier to take than capsules which are large and difficult to swallow.

Just received these calcium Gummies today and had to write immediately. They are so yummy! I bought them because they are blueberry flavored, not as sugary sweet as other gummy vitamins, and most importantly because I have trouble swallowing calcium pills. (The only thing I would change about these is to have vitamin D added to them, so I would not have to take that separately). I might consider in the future getting two bottles at a time, because it looks cheaper than even subscribe and save.

I was taking large calcium Citrate tablets that would stick in my throat. These gummy’s are great. I take a D3 capsule along with it.
