Way better than other mouthpieces at this price range
It's even more controable and free blowing comparing to some of my professional mouthpieces. Let's be honest, with price this low, there's really no complaining about this mouthpiece. BetterSax really did a great job developing this. Quality, hand-finished work, really awesome job done here. Students all need to get one! Throw away your Yamaha stock mouthpiece. This really should be the one to start on.

A Grown A**, Jazz Sound
A grown a** sound, for a grown a** man. I could never get the sound I wanted learning on a Yamaha 4C. This gives it to me. Jazzy, full, and bright, with a bit of edge (on Vandoren Blues). Very encouraging. This sound is what in part inspired me to learn the Sax as an adult.

Great beginner mouthpiece
What a great all around mouthpiece. After playing for many years and then taking a long hiatus, I needed a new mouthpiece that was free blowing to build back my embouchure. This was the perfect answer for what I needed and would be a great beginner mouthpiece for anyone learning to play.

Its a good beginner mouthpiece
This is a good beginner mouthpeice equivalent to a Yamaha 4C. It is perfectly average and I found myself upgrading to a superior brand after a week. But if you're just getting started, its a great mouthpiece but I have to suggest Yamaha over this.

This mouthpiece is a game-changer
This mouthpiece is a game-changer for affordable mouthpiece options. Every student saxophone should come with this mouthpiece. It’s kind of crazy how good this mouthpiece is for the price. They are made in Elkhart, Indiana, in the same factory that makes Meyer and Otto Link. It sounds great for concert band and, oddly enough, works really well for jazz or pop too. It’s simply a great all-around mouthpiece at an affordable price.

A great, affordable, mouthpiece
Switched-out the stock mouthpiece on a new sax with this one and immediately, playing was easier. Less effort to keep consistent tone over the whole range. Definitely recommend it.
