I was having a problem with dehydration and was getting the worst leg cramps in the middle of the night! I just wasn’t drinking enough water. I started drinking Pedialyte regularly and my legs are no longer cramping up. I recommend it.

Fast hydration.
Good product. Not available in stores in my region. I would like to see even less sugar, but sometimes one does need glucose. in either case, it hydrated me quickly without any bubblegut. Definitely seems to hydrate better than the electrolyte powders. It is heavy and packaging was a mess.
