I recently purchased Noise Buds N1 from Amazon. Initially, the product seemed great – the price was reasonable, and it worked smoothly for the first 15 days. However, after that, Bluetooth connectivity issues completely ruined the experience. The buds started disconnecting on their own, and the performance became highly unreliable. I shop regularly from Amazon, but if Amazon treats its customers like this, it’s disappointing. Products that cause constant trouble to customers and don’t last long should not be promoted or sold on such a trusted platform. Amazon needs to ensure better quality control for the items they sell. Honestly, it would have been better if I had bought local ₹50 wired headphones. At least they last for a year without any issues. Noise Buds N1 turned out to be a complete waste of money and didn’t meet expectations at all. A message to Amazon: Please ensure that the products sold on your platform meet quality standards. Losing customer trust is easy, but regaining it is tough. Advice to buyers: Think twice before buying this product. It’s better to invest a little more and go for a reliable brand. Noise Buds N1 may look good at first, but their long-term performance is highly disappointing.

10/11/2024 को रात के 10 बजे मुझे प्रोडक्ट मिलता है । दूसरे दिन मैं अनबॉक्स करता हु, प्रोडक्ट देखताहु बहुत अच्छा प्रोडक्ट दिखता है, फोन से पैर करता हु, बहुत ही बढ़िया साउंड क्वॉलिटी है, जब में किसीको कॉल करता हु तब पता चलता है कि सामने वालेको तो मेरी आवाज ही नहीं आरही । ईयर बड का माइक नहीं चलरहा । सोचा कि चलो यह भी ठीक है एमेजॉन को बोलके रिप्लेस करवाते है । फिर लगाया कस्टमर केयर को कॉल । फिर उन्हें ने बोलदिया की अब तो आप जानो और कंपनी जाने । जबकि नीचे साफ साफ लिखा है कि 7 days replacement मेने बोला चलो कंपनिको कॉल लगाया जाए । कंपनी ने बोला के कल आपके घर से पिक अप होजाएगा मेने बोला पिक अप तो होजाएगा लेकिन सामने दूसरा प्रोडक्ट कब मिलेगा तो बोले कि हमारी टीम उस प्रोडक्ट को चेक करेगी फिर देखेगी कि क्या फॉल्ट है अगर रिपेयर करके होता है तो ठीक है वरना दूसरा पिस आपको भेजा जाएगा मेने बोला वो भी ठीक है लेकिन टाइम कितना लगेगा तो बोले कि हमे प्रोडक्ट मिलने के 10 से 12 दिन मैक्सिमम । तो बात यह है कि एमेजॉन वाले खाली प्रोडक्ट को बेचने में ही इंटरस्टेड है बादमें कोई सपोर्ट नहीं मिलेगा । एट लिस्ट मुझे तो नहीं मिला । वैसे 1000rs का प्रोडक्ट था तो इतना तो दुखी नहीं हु पर आगे से एमेजॉन से शॉपिंग करने में पूरा पढ़के देखूंगा कि रिफंड का ऑप्शन है तभी शॉपिंग करूंगा वरना नहीं । क्योंकि पैसा भी आपका ओर मुसीबत भी आपकी । Update :- काफी दिन नॉइस से डायरेक्ट बात करने के बाद 21/11/2024 तारीख को प्रोडक्ट रिटर्न लेने आता है उसके बाद प्रोडक्ट जहां भी पहुंचना है पहुंचता है फिर पता नहीं क्या करते है और 23/11 को फिर से मुझे दूसरा पिस भेजते है और वो मुझे मिलता है 27/11/2024 को । तो पूरा पैसा दे कर मुझे ये प्रोडक्ट 17 दिन के बाद यूज करने को मिल रहा है। वाह रे एमेजॉन क्या कहना है आपका ओर आपके सैलर का जो बिना देखे कि प्रोडक्ट ठीक से काम करता है कि नहीं बस भेजदते है और फिर परेशान होता रहे कस्टमर कॉल करता रहे कंपनि को ओर आप (एमेजॉन ओर आपका सैलर) कमीशन खा कर आराम से सोते रहो ।

Shuruaat mein laga ki saste mein accha mil gaya, lekin waqt ke saath asli chehra saamne aaya. Yahaan mera detailed experience hai: 🔴 1. Fit aur Comfort – 1/5 Kaan mein bilkul theek se fit nahi hote. Chalne ya halki activity mein bhi baar-baar gir jaate hain. Multiple ear tips try kiye, lekin fit ka issue solve nahi hua. Lambe samay tak use karo to discomfort bhi hone lagta hai. 🔴 2. Sound Quality – 2/5 Awaaz ki clarity weak hai. Calls ke dauraan awaaz cut hoti hai ya phir dull sunayi deti hai. Music mein bass missing hai aur highs muddy lagte hain. 6 mahine mein sound quality aur degrade ho gayi. 🔴 3. Charging Issues – 1/5 Ek sabse irritating cheez yeh rahi ki charging case ka pin atakta hai. Har baar check karna padta hai ki charge ho bhi raha hai ya nahi. Kai baar lagta hai charge ho gaya, lekin buds dead milte hain. 🔴 4. Connectivity – 2/5 Bluetooth 5.2 hone ke baad bhi kabhi left bud connect hota hai, kabhi right. Kaafi baar re-pair karna padta hai. Jab aap jaldi mein ho aur connection na bane to irritate ho jaata hai insaan. 🟡 5. Battery Backup – 3/5 Battery backup thik-thak hai. 6-7 ghante single charge pe mil jaate hain aur case ke saath lagbhag 40 hours. Lekin jab earbuds use hi properly na ho to iska kya fayda? 🔚 Final Verdict (6 Months Later): Shuruaat mein laga ki ₹1,000 ke andar badhiya deal hai, lekin 6 mahine ke andar hi lagne laga paisa barbaad kiya. Fit, sound, charging, aur connectivity – sab mein problems mili. Agar aap reliable aur long-lasting earbuds dhoond rahe ho, to thoda aur invest karna behtar hoga. Noise Buds Connect ko main personally recommend nahi karta.

I've tried resetting the earbuds, cleaning them, and even contacting customer support, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Considering the price point and the brand's reputation, I expected much better. Unless Noise addresses these quality control issues, I would not recommend the Buds N1 to anyone. *Pros:* Sleek design, decent audio quality *Cons:* Poor durability, one side stopped working within a month, disappointing customer support Would not recommend.

The sound quality is good. Plus the connection disconnects randomly with PC and mobile both. Other than that, so far it’s good. EDIT: After 3 days of use, I figured out that the earbuds can work upto 6 hours at a streach. The box is said to provide charging to buds upto 40 hours, but I found it provides max 12-13 hours, then box also requires charging. Today, I found that when I left my buds overnight in the box, the buds were only 70% charged. Also, there is sudden disturbance that starts in the buds randomly. EDIT: After 7 days of use, I find the microphione is not good at all. I bought it for attending client meeting, but they can't hear me properly at all. This proved to be a big wate of money. EDIT: Frequently goes for factory reset hence one has to pair again in all the devices it was connected before EDIT: After 10 months of use, I had to send this to service center for charging issues and they returned me an used and faulty product from Service Center without the option of further replacement. THIS IS A SCAM. REFRAIN FROM BUYING

After using this for nine months, here’s my review: The sound quality is just okay. The mic only works well when both earpieces are close together; people often say it sounds like I’m talking from far away. Battery life is about 4 hours of continuous use. The case doesn’t always charge properly and sometimes heats up. The touch controls are unreliable. For example, to change the volume you’re supposed to tap once and then hold, but since day one it has been misinterpreting a single tap as a volume change. When the battery is low, the earbuds play a loud, continuous beep at full volume, which is extremely annoying. Bluetooth is unstable sometimes, even tilting my head can cause the audio to pause for a moment. The ENC does not work.

I would like to give negative review but there is no option so i have given 1 this product is worst according to its price even there is no anc using this buds u can’t even talk on call . And the buds get disconnected anytime while playing game or listening songs they get factory reset itself many times while using it this buds are not made to make call or to play games or listen songs they are just made for showoff to put it into your ears they are of no use instead you can buy best headphones from shop I would recommend everyone to not use these buds don’t repeat the mistake i have done jist aftet buying this buds iam facing this problem I would suggest the company to stop running the company if you cant deliver the best product to the customer or I would suggest you to take training from the another companies like boat oneplus to test your product before selling it.. such a worst product i have ever purchased
