What a wonderful idea. These things work great. My wife and I bought two of them (one for her and one for me) and love them so much we immediately bought another two-pack so we can each have two. The size of the ice cube is perfect (about 1/4 or 1/3 inch square) and it freezes plenty fast. We haven't tried stacking them, but keep them side-by-side in the freezer doors of our refrigerator. They dump quickly and are easy to refill and prepare for the next load. We now use these more than the icemaker built into the refrigerator because the cube size and shape is much better than the larger, odd-shaped cubes from the icemaker. After seeing ours, our daughter-in-law ordered some for her home and she loves them as much as we do.

I really like these ice molds! I bought them specifically to make coffee ice cubes for my morning iced coffees, and they have worked great. The size of the cubes is perfect—not too big or too small—and they fit really well in my glass. The best part is how easy they are to get the ice out. Some ice molds can be a struggle and require bending and twisting the whole thing, but these release the cubes really easily. They’ve made making coffee ice cubes so convenient. Definitely happy with these and would recommend them if you’re looking for an easy-to-use ice mold.

I really like these so far. I'm not a big user of ice, but occasionally I like a nice ice-cold drink. These are easy to fill, and fairly easy to extract the ice from. I've found that if you don't fill it all the way to the line, you lose less water when you put the lid on, and the ice is easier to get out because you won't get frozen sheets of ice, just the little blocks you're supposed to be getting. Give it a gentle squishing once you put the lid on to get the air out, and make sure the mold is filled all the way up. When you're ready to use it, fill the center of the lid cylinder with tap water and wait a couple of minutes. Then twist the lid to break the lid away from the ice, and pull straight out. Then you just have to squish the silicon mold until all the little cubes pop out. That takes a little longer than you think it will, and is why I've taken off one star. The tiny ice blocks don't like to come out easily. But the small cubes cool your drink down fast, and I've actually had them last overnight in an insulated tumbler. There are a convenient size for putting in the small freezer in your fridge, and one of them makes plenty of ice for one drink.

These are amazing! I'd like to see the negative reviewers remove ice from the old metal ice trays with the lever. Hahaha these are a piece of cake compared to old ice cube trays! Will definitely purchase more! I love the size of the little cubes! They seal so your ice doesn't taste or smell bad. Stackable I have no clue why? You fill to the line and then slowly insert middle. Filling is easy. If you over fill the 2 holes in the top let the water out. Don't overfill does nothing but make it take longer for ice and harder to remove. I love the shape and size. Lid? Durable I would say so I filled and froze night before trip to the beach 2.5 hours in a cooler with other types of ice and food and it stayed frozen. Removal.... I see alot of complaints about this part of the process. If you read the directions and got ice so far then keep following them. I rinse the entire thing. Fill middle while rinsing the second one. Then try and remove inner part. If it doesn't come out I fill it again while trying the 2nd one. If it takes a few more seconds rinsing with warm water they do come out. Forcing it out like one video shows is just showing you don't read instructions and follow them. Its not rocket science its just nature. If it doesn't come out easily rinse for 10-30 seconds longer. I let the warm water sit in the middle for a few more seconds. They do come out and these are great for travel. I'm buying 2 more for when I travel with more than a couple friends. Even with the less than stellar reviews I've always loved this brand so I gave them a try and I love them!

Love these mini ice cubes. The cylinders worked great at first. Freeze quickly. Very easy to use. Durability is lacking for the plastic insert which is necessary to fill the silicone tube tray. One of the two cracked after a few uses making it completely useless. Not sure if I can get a replacement part. But why they made the insert out of cheap thin plastic is beyond me.

While this is a nifty product to have, I have sensitive teeth and usually can chew nugget ice but this product doesn't make true nugget ice. The nugget ice size that comes out of it is on the money, but the pliability of the ice is not safe for any teeth really. Sometimes you just want to crunch down on soft ice after a long day or hot day and this doesn't produce soft ice. Also, when you put the water into the container and place into the freezer, within seconds of placing it into the cold the center cylinder starts to pop out, so I had to place something heavy on the top of them so they would freeze into little pieces and not into a cylinder of ice; much like the bottom of the cylinder did with the excess water. It's durable. Temperature retention is nice. Spill resistant once you add the water and place it into the freezer. Shape is great for space saving. I wouldn't recommend stacking them though, they will fall and you'll have a mess on your hands.

These are all right but was hoping they were a bit bigger. The ice cubes are tiny. Perfect for drinks but you need two full to get a larger cup of ice so I haven’t been using it very much. It is easy to get the cubes out. Just went till you can move the inner core and squish away then dump into a cup. Two don’t go very far because the cubes are so small. But it’s well made and seems like it will last a long time and for the price was still a good deal. It fits easily on the shelves on the side of the freezer. They are very compact. You could stack them but I find it easier just putting them on the small shelf’s where hardly anything fits. The shape is round.

This is an amazing product and works as advertised. I am buying another set to replace my small ice-cube (1cm) trays. This makes small ice cubes, which are perfect if you are an ice-eater (like me), and enough for 1 drink if you like a lot of ice in it (like me). For regular folks, one of these makes enough ice for 2 drinks. You can de-ice it right into itself or a glass so there isn’t need for another container, and refill is quick and easy so you can do it right away. These do fit into my freezer door so they are easy to grab and don’t take up room inside. Tips: 1. When re-filling it, put it on a flat surface and press the top down until all the extra water is removed from the two holes on the top. (Watch out for the fountain!) This will also create suction keeping the water inside in place. 2. When de-icing, fill the center with hot water to detach it from the ice. This makes it easy to slide it out. 3. You do need to run it under hot water or let it sit to de-ice easily. 4. You do need to make sure the bottom is flat when freezing and the lid is secure in place. Otherwise it will sag and make flat ice at the bottom.

When I first bought these two ice makers — the type where you fill the sides with water and put the lid on top — I was a little sceptical about how well they’d perform. But after using them for about two weeks, I can honestly say I love them. They do exactly what they’re meant to do. You do need to give them a bit of a tap or twist to release the ice, and removing the plastic centre helps, but once the ice comes out it’s crunchy, solid, and in neat little square pieces. The ice lasts all day when used in an insulated cup. I use one tray at a time and keep the other as a backup, though I rarely even need it. My iced coffee stays cold and refreshing for hours.

Excelente producto, muy rápido de llenar. Eso si para despegar los hielos sugiero ponerle agua en el centro para que se despegue la tapa. Podría sugerir que los cuadros puedan ser un poco más grandes. Pero es un gran producto.
