I use these in every "left" shoe that I own. It has really helped with the pain in my hip; couldn't do without these heel lifts.

They arrived quickly. They price was very reasonable. They have sticky stuff on the back to help keep them in the shoes. I think after trying them I would rather have full insoles.

I only use one, to elevate my shorter leg. I use double stick tape to anchor the pad in my shoe.
