I bought one of these books for my daughter and then a few months later bought a 2nd one for my son because we have so much fun with it! It’s a really cute way to give some guided support to early photography and picture taking!

Somehow, i didn't realize this didn't come with some kind of camera because i didn't read the entire description. I though it was more like a drawing thing or something. But no, there's a whole camera thing. I was debating what to do, then i flipped through it and realized it had some really good activities. So i ordered the camera as well. it'll be here Sunday. flipping through it reminds me of running around with a polaroid. I hope my nephew likes it as much as i did my cameras as a kid :) He's getting the Spidey camera.

This is a very unique activity book! We homeschool and I always love adding different books/activities/programs to our homeschool cart so this caught my eye. This seems most ideal for someone who's 9-11. The instructions are very detailed so it's not something a younger kid could easily read through and execute on their own. That said it could definitely be used for numerous ages, and younger ones at that, as long as you're willing to do it along side them. For older kids it might seem a little juvenile, but a real camera/photographer lover I'd say it would even work for well past teens! Just depends on personal preference with that. The book is hardcover and extremely high quality. The lift-the-flap aspect is super engaging and fun for younger ones. I love that detail and honestly I'd think the price is actually low for what you're getting...very reasonable price for what this is. There's plenty of lines for writing and there's space throughout to add your pictures. I do think it seems to fit an Instax size Polaroid and not a big standard 4×6, so that's something to note. But that said, it's extremely versatile and easy to personalize. I could see someone using this as a guid and then filling a separate album or folder with a ton of pictures of the challenges. I think this book is also whimsical and fun which is actually the bulk of why it gets 5 stars. It's incredibly creative and will get your kids off the couch and on to a fun challenge. This doubles as a scrap book and keepsake and I'm extremely excited to watch my kids fill it up! We are using this as a joint kid product because again..SO VERSATILE. I would recommend this for any creative kiddo- whether as a summer activity or as apart of their homeschool curriculum. 5 stars from me!

My 5 year old daughter has had her Kiimento (formerly Kidamento) camera for over 2 years now and loves using it. This companion album/challenge book will be the perfect way to supplement her growing love of photography! We own the Model K - Cat digital camera, so we'll have to import her photos from the camera's card and print them out for the book. It's not a problem for me, as a former photographer with plenty of home printing gear. But this book would definitely be more suitable for kids who are using instant print cameras, like Kiimento's Model P/P2s or Instax mini cameras. The album includes a mix of activity prompts to either put into the book itself, or complete outside the context of the book. I like that it's a bit more complicated than it appears, which will encourage self-exploration as my daughter ages. It can certainly be used both as an individual challenge or as family-oriented time together. I'm very pleased with this find and can't wait to get started helping my daughter collect thoughtful memories and learn valuable lessons about herself/family along the way! Age appropriate

I Was really happy with this book. I found it a really creative way to encourage my kids to explore photography. While they are still on the introductory side of things, it was nice to have the props to really encourage their creativity. I love to watch them in this way, and really appreciate this is such a fun activity. The result is really cool as well. The pages are thick, and able to sustain actually holding a picture. It's easy to read, I found it really engaging for my kids. Overall pleased with the quality of this book.

There's a great book for small kids. Kids who want to start taking pictures and collect pictures. This book has sections for different photos and prompts. It's a great way to encourage your kid to keep all the photos in one place and create a story out of it. It's a very well designed book which has multiple pages. They're well defined sections where photos can be assembled. This also a great book for gifting purposes.
