I have only been taking this product for about a week alongside some Lions Mane and Ashwagandha, but I can already say you can feel the effects in your everyday life. I struggled to get the motivation to do daily tasks like cleaning my room and kitchen due to burnout, however after taking these, they give you a mind clarity that makes you physically want to get basic stuff done. It somewhat makes it enjoyable and rewarding too. Mundane tasks become doable. It gives you a stable energy throughout the day as well. Want to preface this by saying I have severe adhd and am pretty overweight. This supplement worked on me. Today I was extremely tired and after taking these at around 3 pm I’ve been fine until now. It works better than coffee on me, I moved a full size mattress, vacuumed my room, took my siblings to the park, walked a lap and still have energy! I took these on an empty stomach and was fine! The pills are also easy to swallow. Super excited about these! Not sure about focus but will update. I promise it’s not placebo, I’ve taken a gazillion supplements and few have worked this well!

I have been using this product for a several months because I read that it could help with memory issues and since I am 75 years old and health conscious, I decided to try it. Recently, I also read that this product can cause nausea, dizziness and stomach issues, so I have made the decision to stop taking it since I have been experiencing all of the above side effects and using this product was the only change that I had made in supplements or prescription meds. Can I say for sure that it is causing these issues; no, I cannot, I just know that I was having these issues almost on a daily basis while I was taking it and they have improved since stopping it.

Seems to improve mood and memory though not ready to be a Jeopardy contestant just yet. Take daily without side effects. Believe it is as effective as its CRAZY EXPENSIVE competitors! Great buy for the quantity you get. Thanks!
