Dc Versus Marvel Omnibus

This has all the old favourites including the 70s Superman vs Spider-Man, Batman and The Hulk and many DC/Marvel crossovers. Plus X-Men and Teen Titans vs Phoenix and Darkseid. An amazing collection!

Excellent content, but the quality of the pages seem somewhat lacking. For the cost, I would have wanted a better standard.

Personally, I was a bit disappointed in this crossover book. That might by my age or perhaps I am more cynical than I used to be but it seemed to me that the simple formula for each and every story was throw the heroes together, let them fight before they realize they are on the same side - together they face their nemesis' and end up being chums. Not the most sophisticated of plots and certainly nothing like today's involved storylines but enjoyable in that sort of be entertained for half an hour way . The art ranges from very good to abysmal - I'll leave you to decide who is which.
