I bought this for painting Warhammer.The 3 lights can be angled all the way up to 90 degrees, illuminating the model from 3 sides. High number of diodes and surface area eliminates all shadows on the model.The light head can be angled away from you, creating a perfect setup to paint without lights shining in your eyes.Both brightness and color temperature are stepless adjustable, giving you an option to find your perfect setting. The light is very bright at Max setting, I use it at about 30% power. The color temperature ranges from very cold to rather warm, and for painting you want something neutral which is very possible with this lamp.The only minor downside is it comes with a US plug, so for people in EU or UK you will need an adapter.
