Great Organic Lime Powder and not Lime Juice Powder
It is a Lime powder and NOT Lime Juice Powder that I initially thought we were buying.Once we received it, have been using it to make Limeade, flavor water and to substitute for lemon/lime juice in various recipes. If you taste the power directly, It has a slight bitter taste at the end. Once in the water for drinking or Limeade, it has a pleasant citurs fragrance and normal taste, the bitterness seem to be not noticeable. Love the Limeade that we make with this lime power and stevia.Wondering what percentage of the powder is the juice and what percentage the white pithy part of the lime. The white part has fibers, pectin, flavonoids, etc – all very good for the health. Love that it is organic. So overall, it is a Great product and would buy it again.

Tastes like soap and cucumber
Idk where they got their "limes", but it tastes like soap and cucumber. It isn't sour, smells, or tastes like lime or lime adjacent. Stay away and try some other powdered lime for sale out there cause while not organic they actual taste like lime and are also made with real lime juice. Big regret I bought this!

This almost tastes fresh!
There's not a lot to say other than the taste is great, it flows well, and seems to keep the fresh flavor for a good period of time.It does taste like the limes are dried with the skins on but I can't verify this and I don't find it objectionable. It's so handy to have in your cupboard or in your travel kit for emergencies when fresh limes aren't available. The organic lime powder goes great with many different kinds of dishes including salsa and guacamole. It's perfect item to add to your food list for back country cuisine. I put some in a baggie and go packpacking with it.Its also great for all kinds of camping trips, surf trips, music festivals, ski trips, road trips, and van life.I hope your experience is as good as mine has been!

Good! Wish it had a stronger taste
I got this as a replacement for True Lime, which has a great flavor but contains citric acid which is grown from mold typically. I add this to mineral water and I really like it but its not a strong lime flavor. But it is organic and I'm glad to have it on hand.

Reconstitute first
Gotta point out a couple things first.Their plastic "scoop" is equal to 1 tsp (teaspoon). At least the scoop that I received was.The back of label they have pictured above claims claims in their "Notrition Facts" that a 1/2 scoop serving is approximately 1 gram, thereby a full scoop would be about 2 grams. On the bags that I received, the Nutrition Facts claim that a scoop (1tsp) is approximately 5 grams. I weighed a scoop on a very good scale and it weighed only about 3 grams which would give about 227 3-gram servings (or scoops, or tsps) per 1 1/2 lb bag (681 grams). With experimentation, I'm finding that a simple ratio to reconstitute this powder to the equivalent of fresh lime juice is 1 tsp per ounce of water which would give me 227 ounces of reconstituted lime juice which is slightly over 7 quarts. You can make it stronger or weaker as you prefer. I usually reconstitute a quart at a time and I find it best to dissolve the powder in a small volume of warm water first, then add the remaining chilled water. It makes really good tasting lime juice. I use it in all kinds of things. I drink it daily by adding one tablespoon of the reconstituted mix with a quart of plain seltzer (or sparkling mineral water), and I find it much more flavorful than all the preflavored lime seltzers.

Clumps and doesn’t taste like real lime
I find the mixability of this really disappointing. While it does dissolve in cold water to some extent, it often leaves goopy clumps instead of fully dissolving. It also has more of a line “flavor” flavor instead of the flavor of actual lime (such as no real tartness). Overall very disappointed and feels like a waste of money.

It’s a game-changer!
I've been using this Organic Lime Powder for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! As someone who loves cooking and experimenting with flavors, this powder has become a staple in my kitchen. The fact that it’s organic is a huge plus for me—I feel good knowing there are no additives or unnecessary chemicals.
