Can this be used in a room that smells of cigarettes

Yes it can be used in a house but keep in mind the size of the room/area may require more than one.

Is it safe to be used inside a vehicle with tinted windows? Will it harm the tint?

I don't see it being an issue, I barely had to clean my windows after use so I'm sure it wouldn't be strong enough to harm tinted windows.

Is this product Alcohol free?

The "why" behind this question is probably crucial to a helpful answer but yes, there is ethanol in this product. Please give our Solutions Hub a call at (800) 347-5700 to discuss possible concerns you might have about any use of this product outside of it's intended one.
