I’m really glad this travel steamer has dual voltage - it’s been so handy on trips to the US, especially when hotel rooms don’t always have irons available. It heats up quickly, has multiple settings, and does an excellent job at removing creases. It’s perfect for both travel and at home when you have a few items of clothing to get through and don’t fancy bringing the iron out. I haven’t really felt it to be heavy like some of the reviews have said. It’s compact and comes with a nice bag. It’s powerful enough to handle wrinkles - I’ve tried it on linen, cotton shirts, silk dresses and works a treat. I had a minor issue initially, but it was promptly resolved by Jaina in customer service, who was fantastic to deal with. Overall, this is a well designed and reliable steamer that I highly recommend.

This is a really excellent steamer. The steam volume and pressure is great and the steam comes through within 15-20 seconds of switching on. I normally use it in steam mode with hanging garmets, but occassionally use it as a traditional iron which works well too. Dual voltage support is excellent and it's worked well in every country I've tried it in. I now no longer need to worry about whether a hotel has an iron/ironing-board or if they do whether they will work or damage/stain my clothes. I use this for shirts, suits, trousers and jackets and it copes with them all quickly and effectively.

To start with, the item is well packaged and easy to use. It's light, has a long enough lead to plug into the wall and doesn't seem to leak any water. So far I've ironed a work shirt (cotton) and a pair of chino trousers. In the past I've found the chino trousers difficult to iron every crease out, but with this steam iron on the low setting it made the work very easy and resulted in my chino trousers and shirt to be well ironed and with reasonable speed. There seems to be a decent amount of steam output on both the low and high setting. Though I haven't used the dry iron setting yet. The only inconvenience I can identify at this stage is the small water capacity. On the low steam setting I had to refill from full after 1 pair of trousers and half a shirt. Though, this is only an inconvenience. All together, I'm very happy with the purchase.

I’m giving this product such a good review because it is effective and efficient as a clothes steamer , it’s easy to travel with and has been a massive success when on holiday but I’m also impressed with the after sales service as it stopped working after 12 months , I received a replacement the very next day after raising this with Amazon who put me in touch with the company who responded immediately, the warranty is two years and not one year , the company immediately arranged a replacement which came that same day unbelievably. I’m looking forward to using this again when next away from home . It’s lightweight and compact and even has a little bag and a handy heat mat included . Very pleased overall .

We had been looking everywhere for a travel steamer that we could take on holiday to the US and would adapt to varying voltages. We’re so glad we found this steamer, it’s amazing!! If in doubt, go for it, super easy to use, really quick to heat up, the twist head is so helpful, long cable and makes light work of clothes to get rid of all the creases. Husband uses it for overnight stays with work where he wants to smarten up his shirt or trousers. I also use it at home in the mornings for a quick steam or t shirts or the kids uniform. We did develop an issue later with the water tank developing a crack, but when I contacted the company directly on email, they were extremely quick to respond and once I’d given my order details they traced my original order and offered to quickly dispatch a new one to me, it arrived a day later. Jaina was very friendly and helpful via email and it’s nice to see a company with great customer service standing by their warranty on a product.

We bought this to take on our cruise holiday, in place of our normal travel iron. Really easy to use and very effective on all kinds of materials. Very sturdy and weighs more than our travel iron, but definitely an excellent purchase.

It’s a great and handy steamer—works well and is perfect for travelling too! I did have an issue with it; it stopped working after a few days of use while I was in Porto. I bought it in March and contacted customer service. Jaina helped me resolve the problem quickly. She asked me to send a video of the faulty item along with the serial number. Shortly after, they sent me a replacement, which I received a few days ago. So far, I’ve used it to steam four pairs of trousers and a shirt, and it’s working great. Hopefully, it will last a long time. Fortunately, it comes with a two-year unlimited warranty, so if any issues arise again, I won’t worry—I know I can rely on their excellent customer service. A massive thank you to Jaina for her speedy response and for arranging the replacement!

Although it looked well built with great functionality (quick to heat up), it doesn't serve as a travel gadget. It's as heavy and big as a normal iron and it's not better.
