I tried both these and breathe-rite and I like these better. I think these are more comfortable and both adhere better and let go easier if that makes sense. There's less "spring" material that makes them detach, so they stick good and tight, but also less glue so they come off easier. That say, if the lift effect is lighter, it none-the-less WORKS. I suffer form asthma and sleep apnea. I also have to sleep in a chair due to medical conditions that make it heart to breathe and give me constant chest pain. Basically in my sleep I choke on my own throat, stop breathing, and wake up gasping for air with my heart racing. VERY unpleasant. Well, with these opening up my nasal cavity, I can breathe through my nose, and so no choking, and a good night's sleep. They are expensive to use long-term, but worth it to improve sleep quality drastically if you have trouble breathing through your nose. The benefits of nose breathing have been heavily documented.

My husband has been using these nose strips to help with his snoring, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. He snores very loudly, and it was honestly driving me a little crazy at night. Since he started using these, I’d say his snoring has decreased by about 70%, which has been a huge improvement for both of us. They aren’t a miracle product that will eliminate snoring 100%, but they definitely help. My husband also says he can breathe much better through his nose while wearing them, especially at night. One thing to note is that the plastic feels a little stiff at first and can be somewhat uncomfortable. However, after a few uses, you get used to the feeling and it becomes much less noticeable. I also recommend thoroughly cleaning the area before applying the strip. If there’s any oil on the skin, it may start to lift or fall off during the night. I use a little witch hazel on his nose before application to remove any oils, and once we started doing that, the strip stayed on all night without any issues. Overall, these have been well worth it for us and have significantly improved our sleep quality.

I tried a couple and they did not stick so I gave up. Tried again later on and held it for 45 sec instead of 30. This time it did stay and it opened up my nasal cavity. So not bad but I recommend holding it liner than 30 sec.

The only nasal strip that works for me. My nose is very blocked. The other brands I tried were too small and weak. My doctor suggested trying this brand. What a revelation! I can breathe easily now. The strip doesn’t irritate my skin and stays on until I remove it with soap and water. I only wish it was invisible so I could wear it all day.

Awful. These caused my nose to break out in to small red bumps and the adhesive is a terrible irritant. Stay far away!

I purchased these nasal strips expecting measurable improvement in nighttime breathing and a noticeable reduction in snoring caused by congestion. Based on the description, I anticipated immediate relief and a mechanically effective lift of the nasal passages. That was not my experience. From the first use, the adhesive performance was inconsistent. Even after properly cleansing and drying my skin, the strip began to loosen within a short period of time. Instead of maintaining firm tension across the nasal bridge, it partially detached, which significantly reduced any structural support it was supposed to provide. In terms of airflow improvement, the difference was negligible. I did not perceive a meaningful increase in nasal passage expansion. The mechanical lift felt weak, and any sensation of improved breathing was subtle at best and temporary. My snoring pattern did not change in any noticeable way, and sleep quality remained the same. The material itself is thin and flexible, but that flexibility seems to compromise the rigidity needed to actually dilate the nostrils effectively. For a product marketed as providing instant congestion relief, the functional performance did not align with those claims in my case. Given the limited adhesion durability and minimal physiological effect, I cannot justify a higher rating. I expected a clear, tangible improvement in airflow mechanics, but the overall results were underwhelming.
