I recently took the Costway 23L Cool Box on a 9-day trip, and it exceeded expectations! Here's what impressed me:Superb Ice Retention: A 5-litre container of frozen water lasted a full seven days in 12-16°C weather. On day eight, the cooler remained cold enough to keep food fresh. This is outstanding for a budget-friendly cooler, just something to keep in mind - hotter temperatures will affect ice life a bit more.Durable Build: The high-quality construction with LLDPE and polyurethane feels very sturdy and built to last.Multi-Functional Design: This cooler goes beyond just cooling. The lid transforms into a seat, and it boasts built-in cup holders, a fish ruler, and a bottle opener for added convenience.Considerations: The 23L size may limit capacity if you plan to use a large frozen container like I did.Overall: The Costway Cool Box delivers exceptional value. It offers impressive ice retention, a durable build, and versatile features, making it a perfect companion for outdoor adventures. Highly recommended.

Filled it with ice, and a couple of frozen bottles of water... And it's still frozen 48 hours later. Not tested further.Well made, solid. Has a drain, bottle opener and good handle.Did look at the yetis... But, decided not to spend an additional £100 plus, for a fancy coloured box and logo that screams steal me!I actually pulled the logo off this, and it looks good.

When you remember that the product states it keeps ice for 5 days . I think that is if it is filled to the brim with ice cubes. We primed with two frozen bottles of water the day before leaving. Filled it to the brim with all frozen and a couple of refrigerated things and the food was still frozen 3 days later. For the rest of the trip we kept this cool by dropping In two freshly frozen ice block each day and I was never concerned that anything would go off. Really good, always kept it in the shade and fit perfectly behind the passenger seat when traveling .

The product was of good quality and we were really happy with it.......BUT, the screw in bung was missing rendering the cool box useless and had to be returned.Customer service helpful but could not source a replacement bung.

Kept food and drink cool but don't think it would last for the amount of time stated. I used 2 bags of ice and they had all melted after 48 hrs

It appears to be just as good as the big name brands certainly in terms of build quality and robustness. We are still to test the longer term cooling ability over a weekend but for now the insulation is great for a one day trip/picnic.

We've swapped and changed cool boxes over the years and think we've finally found the right one, it's the right size for us as we like to take plenty of food with us and it works really well, we've done 2 x 6 days away with it so far and no complaints, be great if you were on a campsite where you can refreeze your ice blocks for longer trips.

Very sturdy and robust cool box, large capacity inside, very think wall, this would be perfect in summer camping for store food and drinks, may need 2 person to carry with handles on the sides. Highly recommended!
