Great little tankless Water Heater
This heater takes up a very small footprint. It does a good job of quickly heating the water within a few seconds. However, you need to know a few things before ordering it. Per the item description, it works best with a limited flow faucet. The water gets quite hot with a 0.5CFM faucet, just barely warm enough for a shower with a 1.0CFM faucet, and does a good job of taking off the chill with a 1.5CFM faucet. Its rated at 3000watts (25Amps) of electrical power. My home is fairly new construction and has a 20Amp circuit breaker for the bathroom. The heater drew 2600Watts (22Amps) for 30 seconds and then the circuit breaker popped. You will need a 25-30Amp breaker to power this heater.

very inefficient. does not work.
This unit uses a crazy amount of power and will only heat the water at a trickle. if you run the water fast enough to be useful it will not heat it enough to be noticeable. waste of money do not buy

Remember this unit requires a 30 AMP breaker.
We installed this unit as per recommendations on the instruction sheet. At first the hot water was pulsating hot and cold, we tried to lower the water pressure to the unit to increase the temperature as per the directions. Once we lowered the water pressure reaching the unit the water heater would not turn on at all, we finally were able to reach a water pressure level where the water would no longer pulsating hot and cold but had very low volume.

This should be considered a scam. Junk!
I ordered two of these hot water heaters in November for my food truck. I just installed them yesterday and tried them out the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent absolutely does not even phase the temperature of the water.

Take under sink pics of connectors and electrical and go to Ace Hardware
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Size, limited space under this kitchen sink. Works great, no more waiting for hot water, sweet. My only critique is, you need to sell an installation kit with common connectors, two Home Depot trips and 3 orange vest guys later for a $5 part.

No more waiting on hot water
Works perfectly. Want getting hot water in my apartment fast enough usually wasting 10-15 gallons waiting for it to get hot so I bought this and now I have instant hot water in the kitchen.

Buyer Beware
Others have reviewed this product as not meeting the performance specs as advertised. Starts warm and gets colder every time. Could not stabilize the temperature even for a low flow outdoor shower. I installed a new electric panel for 30amps. Initially tripped the breaker but that seems to be intermittent. I will accept that you get what you pay for but wouldn't recommend.
