Well made, has a good weight to it. The color and simplicity of the of the design would work well in most any setting. I am using in my living room with about a 4 foot faux tree. It appears that it would do very well outside. It has a good drain hole for that purpose.

It's heavy. Adds quality you can't get in plastic. Well worth the price.

Love this planter. I planned basil and have it sitting on my kitchen countertop for decor and eat access for cooking. I also ordered a 8 inch base for draining.

I highly recommend! A great material - it does not stain with plant tannins, fertilizers, etc. Looks high-quality, and feels right for the price. Only miss having a saucer to match! Update: Upping it to five stars. It looks great with my darker green, shiny leaved little rubber tree - working well in contrast to it's natural hue, with a concrete-like texture to the pot. It's definitely grown on me, as I was not a fan when it arrived. Now, I'm sure I'll buy their 12" version with the darker Acasia wood stand - though I again have some concerns about their design... Namely a drainage hole being right over finished Acasia wood as there's nothing to catch water (it's this same pot but larger). And, the stand doesn't seem to match or fit the curve of the pot... But that's for another day - this ~6" version is great! While I did find a diatomaceous earth 4" coaster to use with it (not pictured), it only catches drips not even so much as an ounce of water. I use a plastic saucer when watering, and remove it switching to the diatomaceous earth coaster, then between watering just have it open to help it dry out from below. You're never so close that the texture imperfections matter - and it looks good from across the room. It's not drawn up or absorbed any water like Terra cotta would which was a concern - another plus. For a smaller plant, the domed bottom just gives it more room for a drainage medium. I've come to like it, though I fervently stand behind hating the plug design, and thinking this would be far better with a matching saucer. Some day I'll find a little mini concrete textured saucer, but it won't be a perfect match, and the shape will always be off. Wish they'd include a taller, smaller width, column-shaped matching saucer. Original: Not a very good vase. Made in china, and it shows. The 6" one I got is also notably smaller than 6" even at the largest part of the vase (and it only tapers down from there). This is a small plant holder only - it will not suffice for medium-sized plants. The style is modern / high end minimalist / boho / industrial - but the execution is lacking. Mine arrived marred and with many imperfections - from a chip along the rim to the off-center hole in the bottom to that hole having been drilled too small / including a silicone plug that's too large (it is not one that could be pushed in the middle - it is truly a mismatch of parts and is significantly too large to fit). I've also not been able to find a saucer for it that matches - I would not recommend purchasing this without a saucer. The one included in the image is from a Le Creuset herb pot and works for now - but means that one is now without a matching saucer. The pot came with a silicone plug, but I received the wrong one / one for a much larger vase - it will not close off the drainage hole. So, it has to be used with the mesh net and a saucer - which is what it's designed for anyway. They wouldn't include both a silicone plug and a mesh... making me think they just had some silicone plugs lying around and they looked good for the Amazon page. The three-footed design / three-opening design of the bottom of the vase means that the highly porous material is in direct contact with the water at the bottom of the tray - staining the vase as it pulls dirty water up along the side and dries out - leaving behind just the impurities and detritus picked up while passing through the soil. The bottom will gain a dark stain over time, or a white one if you use hard water and water from the bottom up for deeper root development. I do not recommend this pot. It looks good online, but it's got a lot of issues in person that are all readily apparent out of the box.

Finde sie sehr hochwertig, schönes Pastell-Grau. Aber ziemlich hochpreisig, kann sein dass man solche auch günstiger im Garten- oder Möbelgeschäft bekommt.
