NEWDERY Battery Case for Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra 6.8"

Good quality battery case .

I love the case I've been using it since it was delivered to me. But I do seem to be having a slight problem with it now. Basically usually it will charge the battery in the case and the battery in the phone at the same time until both or one of them is fully charged. Today I've noticed that the case is fully charged but it the cable that I use to charge both stopped charging my phone. I tried turning on the case to charge my phone and plugging the cable into the bottom of the case but that didn't work because as soon as I plugged the cable in it just stopped charging my phone. It's a very helpful piece of kit to have when you go out for the day.

It works, the phone fits, it's very big and heavy.

Arrived well packaged and sealed. Upon opening it was half way charged. Fits phone beautifully wireless charging and nfc payments works flawless as to be expected from a reputable company. Good great long extra lasting battery life had one for my Samsung note 20 and never let me down after years of use. Best battery sleeve on the market as far as I'm concerned superb quality keep up the great work Newdery.

Great fit for my phone but very heavy and bulky however after a few months when low power charge is used to charge the case it makes a high pitched noise however the quality of the charge port is good takes a long time to charge it and I don't notice a difference of extra charge for my phone

I follow the instruction. Press the power button for three seconds. This brings up Bixby, but the battery back does nothing. I am very short sighted, and couldn't see the power.button on the battery case, upped my 1 star to 3 stars. Would be more if they made the button stand out more clearly. Now working fine. I put it on charge overnight and it seems to turn itself off so slow charge no problem.

Tried this out the day I got it. Went on a trip for the day and used my phone, 5G, camera, everything for multiple hours and then charged it back up to full. Wireless charging worked great NFC worked for payments and overall very happy. Only thing I will criticise is that it is slow, but because you carry it on your phone it's not so much of an issue.

This is purchased for a long holiday worked well while in Australia but it didn't work once I arrived in my next destination so really not worth the money and now looking for a better quality battery charger that saves me caring cables etc around all day and Charing my phone while out and seeing sights when on Holidays! So when it worked for the first month it was great then it died and total waste of money and back to caring portable chargers and cables!! EDIT After me contacting Newbrey and talking to Ensley who was helpful it was agreed that they would send me a replacement .. but AMAZON logistics have seriously messed up yet again and delivered to who knows where as I was at home waiting on the delivery but its no where to be seen!! Contacted amazon.. they say nothing that they can do .. so the error I see now is Amazon and to be honest Amazon is getting much worse with employing Drivers who cannot read an address correctly. I'm disabled and well going to ask neighbours if an item is there is often difficult/ 1 star off due to Amazon being so useless. and cannot deliver items to the correct address ( I'm yet to find which address this has been delivered to)

Good fit and good battery, but... the usb c port does not recognise some or all accessories. It has failed to connect a thermal cam i have, and also a usbc to wired audio adaptor. Both connect fine to phone when plugged in direct.
