WE got this for the mix of B-12 and B-9. These are the two B vitamins we wanted to take, so it is convenient to have them in one pill. I take this once a day. There is no taste or odor that I can detect. I have not had any side effects and it is a good value.

This is is a high dosage of folic acid. Generally speaking, you do not need to take that high of a dose unless you're taking something that takes away your folic acid in your system. I took it for a couple days yet the medication I was taking it with I had to discontinue. It did not trouble my stomach. It was easy to swallow. I'm sure it absorbed well Etc. I just don't need it anymore.

Ive taken a lot of activated b 12 and this works well. Effects felt sooner than later..plus my blood test showed an increase, i am also able to take it on an empty stomach.
