This might be my first product review on Amazon. I thought the services and experience with this product is worth a review.Background: I wanted to get a Smart Bidet Toilet without breaking the breaking the Bank. Did extensive reviews and visited several premium stores in Canada to review the different products in the market. EPLO being sold primarily online could not be found in any of the stores in Canada that I visited. I reviewed Kholer and Toto toilets, there were sold for way more price than EPLO. Upon very detailed review I observed that the premium brands do not offer anything different to what EPLO offers.The fact is that you will get more technology from the EPLO G20PRO at a fraction of the price you wil get the well known brands for. It is no brainer to go for EPLO.Also i reviewed the EPLO against other brands that are of similar class and popularity as the EPLO. I favoured going for the EPLO because I feel it has all the complete set of offering I was looking for. Below are the things I drove my decision for the EPLO. And my experience so far;1. The Seat is very comfortable - flat and made of good quality material. It works as advertised e.g heated and e.t.c2. Premix Rinse - Before i bought this I could not find this in the spec sheet of the product. But on using it, it does have it. Once you seat on the toilet it pours a small rinse of water - this prevent stickiness.3. Flush is very effective - Flushes well such that you dont need to clean too much. My wife have stopped complaining i dont clean up well after use. I think the blue light help you see that you have cleaned up well.4. Remote- is very easy to use.5. Foot sensor - works well. Walk close and it opens. As a guy you dont need to touch anything. Just use your foot to open the lid after the seat open - pee and then use your foot to close the lid. The seat will close immediately afterwards and do a light flush after peeing.6. Looks - Elegant and I get lots of compliment for it.Services - I contacted the Eplo service team before I bought the product to learn more about it. I must say, they were the most professional team i contacted and were very helpful. At the time i was buying the G20PRO was new and not available in Canada. I search for how to ship it from USA to Canada. The service team at EPLO were very responsive and supported me all through the process.So far my3months experience have been great with the 2nos toilet i got. One for my guest toilet and 1 for one for my master bedroom - Every guest I get wants to buy one. This toilets are well priced now and I think it is only a matter of time for conventional toilets to be out of the market. When you use this, there is not going back.

When was the last time you encountered a product with EXCELLENT customer service to back it up?Our recently renovated guest bathroom included a new EPLO G20 PRO Smart Toilet. After comparing every brand and the variety of features available, we settled on the EPLO. It does everything the bigger and more expensive brands offer – but at a much lower price. The toilet is modern, well designed, and the included instruction booklet is detailed and easy to understand. We ordered through Amazon Prime and received the usual quick delivery. No delays or unexpected surprises, and although we were a bit apprehensive about having such a heavy item shipped, the unit arrived in perfect condition. It was extremely well-packed.Our plumber installed the toilet in minutes, plugged it in, and we were pleasantly surprised to find all features worked as advertised. Very simple to use and effective. Our grandkids love it.Due to an accident several weeks ago, we found we needed a new remote. We contacted customer service via email on January 17th and received a new remote via UPS on the 24th. No hassles, no excuses, no delays, no problems. To say that EPLO customer service is responsive and easy to work with is an understatement.In summary: EPLO makes a great product and goes out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. If you’re in the market for a Smart Toilet, do your due diligence before ordering. A true comparison of what’s available today (all brands) will probably lead you right back to EPLO. You can enjoy a feature-rich product, spend less money, and still have peace of mind knowing the company has your back should you ever have a problem.

We recently renovated all three of our bathrooms in our primary residence. Our renovation included new EPLO G20 PRO Smart Toilets in all three bathrooms. After comparing reviews on multiple brands across multiple websites, we selected the EPLO G20 PRO. It had all of the features that we wanted and was very reasonably priced compared to the competition. The toilet is modern in appearance, well designed, and is effectively setup / ready out of the box. After installation, it is easy to modify the settings using the remote control. We ordered through Amazon Prime and received the units in two days time. One of the toilets was missing a valve part on arrival. We contacted customer service via email and received the part in two days from a local warehouse. Customer service has been regularly following up with us since we contacted them to make sure the product is still performing as designed. All three toilets have worked perfectly since installation. Do your own research before you buy, but if you choose EPLO, you definitely will not be disappointed!
