This is a great robot. I've used 4 different robot vacuums and this is by far the best. There are lots of settings and options to customize the robot. Through the app, the robot will map your floor plans (even multi-levels) using lidar. Rooms can be renamed, split, and merged. No-go zones, no-mop zones, and virtual walls can also be set up. 3 levels of suction and mopping water can be set by room or overall. Rooms can also be 1x or 2x cleaned. 1x the robot does a zig-zag pattern, 2x the robot does a checkerboard pattern. The app also has a remote control, robot locator, cleaning record, scheduling and other settings. The robot can be set to smart, spot, or zone cleaning. The suction and mopping work great and the robot has ample space in the dust chamber/water resevoir. An extra pair of sweepers and mop come with. The included cleaning brush has no dedicated storage place but there is a place to store it behind in the back of the charger. The roller brush has bigger bristles than most other robots and does not seem to have an issue with hair getting wound up around the roller sides. Overall, this robot works like a $1000 vacuum mop at a much more afordable price.

This Tikom is my second robot vacuum, Wally the 2nd. Wally the 1st, a Ecovacs Deebot N79S had a great 6 year run roaming my apartment haphazardly, sometimes running into things and sometimes not for up to two hours. He finally gave out this month. RIP. I did scant research on Wally the 2nd of his name. Reviews were favorable and in videos he didn’t crash into walls much. The price was about the same as Wally 1. Wally 2 had a mop feature and seems to have the latest bells and whistles. So I bought him. When the Tikom arrived it was easy to set up out of the box. I downloaded the Tuya Smart App, started Wally 2 and was amazed. He did a perimeter search of each room of my apartment, then cleaned each room in straight lines with mapping. This vacuum efficiently swept my entire hardwood floor apartment in 30 minutes, then returned to his base. Show off! The Tikom app mapped and color coded each room showing his precise cleaning lines. I later tried the mop feature which is most effective after vacuuming in my experience, not vacuuming and mopping at once. The vacuum tray is smaller my previous vac but gives room for the mop feature. Due to Wally 2’s efficiency, the tray is big enough to clear my apartment of dog hair and dirt daily. I’m amazed at the technological leap of this vacuum. It’s like having robot vacuum straight out of The Jetson’s. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and hope Wally 2 lasts at least 6 years like Wally 1.

Worked well than stopped cleaning debris . Was sdoing ok on hard floor but picks up barely anything off carpet. Or it would take debris from one spot and put it down in another. I just wanted a way to fix it. I contacted support all was going well I was sending videos photos etc. Than I mentioned there was a sound. Than sent video of it on hard floor, which it does pick up somethings of hard floor not everythinglike it did in begening . Than got told it is working normal. Emailing through multiple days. Like I said I just wanted a way to fix it. I tried all the Amazon trouble shooting looked up ways to trouble shoot. got no answer of how to fix it from support. Truly disappointing. As stated I was really happy with it until it stopped cleaning . Will update review or add more stars if i get a solution of how to fix or just considering returning and never getting anything from this company again because of the support issue. I am going to try to continue to look up how to fix but will be returning if I can't by my return window date.

I had been given an older, used Shark robot vacuum about a year ago. I have a doodle and my roommate had a golden retriever. The Shark was no match for the retriever hair. I ended up having to clean it out once or twice a run as it would jam up. I got this Tikom on Prime Day and I was anxious for its arrival. I put it on smart run and it scoped out our downstairs in 22 minutes and vacuumed it in about 35 minutes! I had to stop to empty the dust bin once as we’d been without a vacuum for a couple of weeks. I then put it on to run the mop setting to test that out. It works pretty well! It didn’t quite get every spot on this old home’s hardwood floors but all in all, it was great. I want to try to increase the water flow to high and see if that makes a difference! It came with extras of everything. It’s intuitive. It gets 95% of what I want it to and it’s a great upgrade from what I did have! I also like that you can have more than one map saved. I’m going to do the upstairs next. So far, it’s worth the money!

I have a love hate relationship. It mops and sweeps just fine. But I struggle with the rest, despite using the app suggested. Getting “Matilda” (as I’ve named her), back to her charging station even when she’s sitting right in front of it 8 out of 10 she can’t find it. Getting the house mapped has been difficult. I have no idea how to set “no mop” areas (like the carpets). I can’t just send her to a room to do her thing. I either have to pick her up and take her there or use the manual function on the app to get her there and then use the smart sweep option, because setting up rooms has been a nightmare… ie impossible for me. She’s ok for now, but if I could get the other functions going and be able to get her on a schedule where she just goes it would be great. So for now, I have a love hate relationship with Matilda.

I saw this one and the fantastic reviews it had even though it was not that commonly bought. The instructions provide entertainment with the very poor English used in translating, BUT they are still clear and you can figure out what they are trying to tell you to do or not do...so it's not a big deal. I was SHOCKED at how much dust and dirt this little guy picked up on the very first sweep through both my wooden main floors and the carpeted floor above, very shocked! And I could really tell how clean the floors were...so very pleased with that...I then tried the mop mode (so easy to do!) and it was great. Beyond expectations, really! The app works great and the little guy mapped out the rooms with absolutely no problems...so am very happy so far with this purchase and glad I did this brand! All I needed and so very efficient!

Wow, super robot nettoyeur, lors de la première utilisation le robot fait le tour de la maison et cartographie celle-ci de facon remarquable, il est d'ailleurs très simple par la suite de mettre des murs virtuelle et le robot les respecte parfaitement. Le socle de mopage ou de poussière est facile à enlever et à remettre. Je le recommande sans hésiter.

Ich habe lange schon in Betracht gezogen, einen Saugroboter anzuschaffen. Die ersten Videos, die ich damals im Internet gesehen habe, ließen mich jedoch zurück schrecken. Die ersten ihrer Art arbeiteten nur nach dem Chaos-Prinzip. Doch neulich hörte ich von Lidar. Erkennung per Laser. Da stieß ich bei meinen Recherchen auf den Tikom L 9000. Seit einer Woche bin ich nun stolzer Besitzer eines Tikom L 9000. Was soll ich sagen, er hält, was er verspricht. Einfache Installation. Bedienung sogar mit Alexa möglich. Wenn man sich erst einmal mit der App vertraut gemacht hat ist das ganze ein Kinderspiel. Räume anlegen, auswählen ob gesaugt und gewischt werden soll, oder ob nur gesaugt werden soll und systematische Reihenfolge der Räume anlegen. Des weiteren lassen sich auch Zeitpläne und Saugkraft einstellen. Nun dreht er seit der Einrichtung fleißig seine Runden. Das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Zuerst fährt er die Räder des Raumes ab, um anschließend in schnurgeraden Bahnen den Rest zu erledigen. Mit seiner geringen Höhe schafft er es sogar unter die Betten und die Couch. Anschließend fährt er selbstständig und mit guter Genauigkeit zu seiner Ladestation zurück. Der Akku ist für eine Dauer von 150 Minuten angegeben, was ich jedoch in meiner kleinen Wohnung nicht ausprobieren kann. Falls der Akku trotzdem einmal bei größeren Wohnungen zur Neige gehen sollte, ist das wohl auch kein Problem, da er nach dem Aufladen wieder selbsttätig seine Arbeit an dem Punkt fortsetzt, an dem ihm die Puste ausging. Man kann zudem noch Sperrzonen und virtuelle Wände einrichten. Ebenso kann man in der App Moppzonen definieren. Das hat bei mir alles tadellos funktioniert. Der Geräuschpegel ist in Ordnung. Selbst bei zugeschaltetem Teppichboost ist er auch nicht lauter als die Kollegen mit Kabel. Für 199 Euro stimmt das Preis Leistungsverhältnis auf jeden Fall. Im Lieferumfang sind sogar noch zwei Ersatzbürsten und ein zweiter Wischmopp enthalten. Ich kann das Gerät nur empfehlen und habe den Kauf nicht bereut.
