Possibly old, definitely exposed to moisture.
This is a great vitamin for my mthfr kiddo with slow comt. However this bottle was definitely was delivered after having been exposed to moisture.

They don’t look fun, but my 7 YO loves the way they taste. They’re a light tan/cream kind of color. About the size of a dime with 2-2.5 the thickness of a dime. My son happily takes these. Love that they’re methyl-friendly & have folate vs. the synthetic alternative.

My kid wouldn't take it. HUGE brown tablets, and you have to take 2!
Headline says it all. This is an item that is ineligible for returns, but my kid wouldn't take it because they are HUGE brown tablets.

This has manganese and isn’t recommended for neurodivergent kiddos. Unfortunately returns are not eligible for this product
