This product is not easy to work with. The packaging recommendation to use a silicone measuring cup to “pour” the product into the molds is not possible. The gummy mix congeals immediately upon removal from heat and it does not pour. I use a dropper for filling molds and that is possible but the mix bowl must stay in the double cooker and be hot to work with. Even then the mixture is uneven. Cleanup requires a substance like Goof Off to remove excess mixture from any surface or texture besides silicone. Cleaning the mixing bowl required more time than preparing the gummys. Overall a messy experience made worse by having to rush the mold filling process due to the mixture setting up too quickly. After cooling, 24 hours + at 50 degrees and 54% humidity the gummys remain sticky and messy; clumping and sticking to mylar packaging. I purchased this product in a pinch because Levo Gummy Mix was not available. I find Levo is a much better product to prepare and a much better finished product in regards to the issues stated in my review.
