I own the Bose ultra and a JBL lab Bluetooth headphone set.... Follow the setup instructions to a T And no matter what I did these did not work. Disappointing to know that an item like this is allowed to be sold on Amazon and the connectivity doesn't work with high level brand name products. I will be returning this and advise other people not to buy it.

I’m pleased with this product. For the most part it does what it needs to flawlessly, without a hiccup a majority of the time. I’ve had some audio dropouts/disconnects here and there and my screen did have a pixel defect but that second issue seemed like a problem with my unit. Otherwise, the sound is great for me and it’s useful and easy to use. I’ve tried others in the past, some even less expensive, and they worked just as well but I feel like I was charging them more so I’m happy with how long this product lasts in between charging.

I think for me this was the fastest ever being able to connect and have results. I needed it to receive sound from my tablet. And it just worked like a charm. Very happy. Very easy to use. Great value and USBC for charging is a big plus.
