I am 8 months post partum and nursing. I live in a fog physically and mentally. I immediately feel more metal clarity and digestive regulation with this. I’ve been using the Seed DS-01 for about a month now. Some days I feel significantly less bloated and other days I feel like a bloated cow. Regularity has been hit or miss. When it hits, it is amazing. When it doesn’t, I’m backed up. I’m going to keep taking it for at least another month and will update again. I really want this product to work.

This product was rated very high but we have not noticed much changes after taking it for 60 days plus. I am not sure if keep taking this is worth it because of the cost. We decided to switch to a lower cost product and see if we notice any changes. Pills are not too hard to swallow. There is no taste or side effects we noticed.

No bloated because of this product! ( with proper exercise and diet) I love it! But it is expensive.

Severe headache, fatigue and black circle around eyes. I'm not myself since I have started. I only take these with Vitamin D and B Complex. So I will stop taking them and observe the symptoms, if they disappear I will adjust the review accordingly.
