The controls are – on and off, units mm/inch and zero – for resetting the tool.Using.It is so easy to use. Just set the units you want millimetres or inches and close the jaws up to whatever you are measuring and read off the result. I used it while doing some car repairs to check the socket sizes I needed to undo some bolts. Brilliant tool for this and save fumbling around trying to find the right one.My wife used it to measure the diameter of some buttons so she could order some new ones but in the same size. The readout is large and easy to read. You can also measure in mm. and then swop to inches and the other way around.Overall.It’s a really useful tool to have around the house. Great for DIY, car work and measuring anything small. Saves a lot of time as it takes the guess work out of estimates. I am really happy with it.

Very good for price.
Good for basic jobs, ticks the box and is accurate. Bit fiddly with the battery, as will stay on if disturb, therefore wasting battery (going flat)

This is a wonder piece it is so accurate and easy to use it's the most important item in our tool box
