It comes in a nicely sealed foil pouch with a gusseted bottom that is resealable after opening. It doesn’t expire for over 2 1/2 years, so it will last a long time, but I’m sure I will use it all before then. I like using this because it is a great prebiotic. It has a very light scent of green bananas but it doesn’t really have much flavor to it so it is easy to add to smoothies for its fiber content, and I also use it to thicken soups and stews.
