Best unit I have ever had
I have cooked one Chinese meal and one Thai meal using this stove and while it is not perfect it is impressive and it does the job. The construction is top-notch for the price. I've had others for wok cooking but this is the best built model I've had. It's made of steel not cast-iron so that's an improvement over past versions I have had. The only complaint I have about it is that the sides are not covered and so a lot of heat shoots out the side. So much heat that they should provide a longer hose so that your tank can be further away. I have taken to placing bricks on their side around the unit so that it does not damage my utensils or melt my bottles or singe my arm hairs. This is not a perfect solution because this thing consumes a lot of oxygen and the sides are where that oxygen comes from. I haven't decided on my ultimate solution, it will take a little bit of fiddling and testing but I'm sure I can come up with something. It provides all the heat you need for proper wok cooking and is a well built and stable unit. So it gets a five from me.

Best portable Wok Burner
This thing is amazing. Portable, easy to use, and has its own regulator. I stick it out of my outdoor table to do wok cooking, and it barely gets hot below it, and the heat output is extremely good. Can't recommend a better outdoor portable wok station!

Good quality stove
This stove exceeded my expectations. It’s compact in size, yet the build feels very sturdy and durable. The flame output is strong and consistent, definitely more powerful than many home use stoves I’ve tried. Even though it doesn’t take up much space, it performs like restaurant quality equipment. Perfect for anyone who needs a reliable stove that balances portability with professional performance. Highly recommended!

Excellent Functional Use, Just be careful wit the heat
The first unit that arrived had a propane leak, but the manufacturer replaced it quickly, and I was able to use it with a test dinner. I plan to take this in my RV, to allow me to cook messy things outside. It works great—lots of heat, and it would be easy to burn a pan if you're not careful. I used a 12-inch Made In frying pan with it to cooks some chicken and ate on my front deck. Flame control is a bit touchy, but it works well and controlled the heat.

Puts out mucho power for it's' small size
Been looking long time for something like this but I needed it on a sturdy stand at the right height. The lights came on one day while cooking on my Weber grill. The Wok Block will sit on the Weber grill and I can store it underneath! So that's what I did. I can leave it on the grill top and close the top, or store it below when I'm BBQing. I also store my 14 and 18 in woks down there. One problem: My grill is natural gas so I had to replace the LP burner on the wok block with this 84 BTU unit: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08HLSWN9S?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_11&th=1. Everything works great. The wok block is wonderful. I worked in a chinese restaurant as a kid where they used the big 18 or 24 in woks. When I turn on this small block the sound reminds me of the jets on those big woks.

Works Perfectly With Traditional Wok!
It brings the Wok to cooking temp fast! Have you Chowing better than Panda express! Works great with a built in ring for traditional round bottom Wok. It is very well built. Flame control works well, but Simmering is not a Chinese cooking thing. Cooking fast, cook hot, rolling boil if needed. This burner is small enough to take car camping or cookout. Bring a long lighter, no sparker.

Blast off!
Like a jet engine! This thing is HOT. Wok hei in your own back yard. I also used this for deep frying in the wok. The oil heats up faster than anything I have ever used before. The price was fair and the quality is high. You will need some sort of platform to use this standing up.

Wok block has many evolutionary design and cost improvements
Folks at Concord hit it out of the park with this. Lots of evolutionary design improvements over their banjo burner. I have both. Outside bronze parts, Concord simplified the wok block with less structural material with improved stability. Gap between burner and cook surface is much smaller making it much more efficient. Brass nozzles coupled with short distance against surface keeps the flame from blowing out during windy days. In summary, the wok block is much more efficient with how 45kbtu is directed towards the cook vessel than the 270kbtu banjo for most stir fry and pan sear applications. Caution! On pan sear, use cast iron (Lodge) over black carbon or stainless steel as heat is extremely focused at the center of the pan. You’ll warp steel at higher output.

In general a good product . To bee seen while using…Gas flow is not very easy to control: very high great but difficult to get it to lower levels… I guess it’s good enough for the price.
