Sunbelt Men's Good Catch Polarized Sunglasses

First, let me review the sunglasses. I really like the size and shape of these glasses. I've never ordered a pair like this style so I was a little nervous about how they would look on me. The lenses look a little darker in person than on the website, but they are not too dark at all when wearing them. I prefer brown lenses to gray, and these do not disappoint. They are light weight, but feel sturdy and well built. They wrap around my head and give good coverage for my peripheral vision. I'm very pleased with this purchase and will look for this brand again when it's time to replace them.Now, on to the customer service. So we all know mistakes happen right? The key in my opinion is how a company corrects those mistakes. I ordered this pair of sunglasses but received a different Sunbelt model by mistake. The order was fulfilled by Amazon, not the manufacturer. I immediately got on the amazon website and submitted the claim to return the incorrect pair and chose the option for Amazon's choice of shipping company to come pick them up. The very next day the glasses were picked up and the day after that my correct pair arrived. I was impressed with the blazingly quick turnaround. Plus I received an apology from Amazon via email. I realize it was probably an automated email from their case management system but it was nice to get nonetheless. It's nice to purchase from a company that values superior customer service. Thanks Amazon.

That's right, I'm on my 4th pair of these now. I purchased them from WestMarine and from SUNBELT direct. I love them but have to order them every year cuz the thin brittle tops of the rims snap with very little deflection. The last pair I ordered had a lens pop out as soon as I put them on because the lens (right eye) was too large and did not fill the frame evenly, There seemed to be a gap at the top from the poor fit. It was a bear to get back in.They have NO phone support. I was asked via email to pay a return fee and return shipping due to their defects.Now they are out of stock, even before the company emailed me to check out their big annual sale. I can't even log on to the site now with my valid account credentials. Their password reset is broken as well.Overall, a VERY poor execution from a company that makes fairly good shades...

I love these glasses, these are my second pair. I have several pairs of Maui Jim and Rayban but i always worry about breaking, scratching or losing them. I got these Sunbelt glasses from Westmarine about 4 years ago as a beater pair I could leave on the boat. Well, I eneded up really liking them. full eye coverage, light weight, polarized and cheap. I have found myself wearing these glasses 90% of the time I am wearing shades. Heres the deal... there is nothing wrong with the pair I already owned but for $30 now is the time to order a backup pair for the day when something happes to my 1s pair. $30 why not!

Nice sunglasses especially for the price. No noticeable distortion in the lenses, polarized, not overly dark but effective, and stays put. Perhaps a bit tight for my hear (for medium sized adult men's head) but not uncomfortable and good for sports or other activity. Although cheaper than other glasses, I actually prefer these to some of my more expensive glasses due to overall shape and clarity the lenses provide in sun without obscuring things in shadows.

Great lokes. I used to buy them at West Marine but amazon has them for a few bucks cheaper. Good polarization. They fit me great. This is probably my fifth pair. I like the way they look on my face.

These looked much better than I expected and I like the way the gfrip my head, thjoiugh some might find them tight.

I have no bone to pick with Maui Jim...they're great sunglasses, but these are also fantastic! I've worn Maui Jim sunglasses for almost 15 years and finally broke my favorite pair. I decided to try these to save money based on a recommendation. These are every bit as good and clear as my Maui Jim's...and for a LOT less money. Will definitely recommend and purchase more pairs!
