Best hvac tape ever, ensures air seal on metal duct seams of all kinds. Expensive but well worth the price. Foil is thick and butyl sticks to nearly everything.

Best duct tape ever
This is the real duct tape with the black butyl layer that molds around little cracks, dents or screws. It may be pricey, but I used this stuff 10 years ago and that's the only stuff that still held when I redid my ducts this year, all the other silver tape or paste was dried out, broken, cracked you name it.....it may be a bit more expensive, but it lasts, it works and you only need one strip around every seal you want to make. Easy to handle as well....so totally worth it...

Easy to use, successfully sealed my leaky hvac ductwork.
Quality of the tape made it easy to apply to my a/c ductwork. Unlike some of the other mastic tapes that I used, I didn't have any problems with this tape sticking to my ductwork.

When all else fails, use this...actually just use this
After installing insulation board with the recommended tape, the panels started dropping. I tried a few other hvac tape and they all failed. My hvac guy recommended this type and it works. No more retaping or lifting edges. Well worth the investment!!

Excellent HVAC Tape to seal leaks
This product adhered to the ductwork, plenum and even over old mastic. There was a lot of duct tape that had to be removed because whoever installed our system used duct tape and that product should not be used on any HVAC system duct work or plenum supplies.Tape was easy to cut and separate to apply to the various areas.Excellent quality tape181 label easy for inspectors to read to verify correct product was used on the ducts and plenum supply connections.

Wrong size
It is a good product, however Amazon has sent me 1 1/2" wide tape. I used it right away, then checked my order to find out that it was too late to see my order has been 3" wide tape.

It just works!!
Purchased to repair some A/C Duct work in the Attic. It's a little hard to get the white backing off the tape but once this stuff is put in place its not coming off without a fight. It's a bit pricey but you will only have to do the job once. Well worth the money.

Tape is great, but sent the wrong size
I ordered 3 inch tape, they sent 2 inch tape. Typical Amazon scam artist, and Amazon let them get away with it.
