Its quiet, the rope and weight move smoothly around the hoop.It's easy to adjust and fastens securely. It's a fun workout! I don't know how the original one could be made any better and the JLoibao is half the price, I 100% recommend it

I was a little nervous that this hoop would live up to the hype I've been seeing online for this type of hoop, but it's actually been wonderful. I try to do at least ten minutes a day with it and I think it is helping not only my stomach area get more fit, but also my hips to loosen up. It took a little getting used to--the first day I could only do about 2 minutes before my hips really protested. But now I can do up to thirty minutes at a time, especially with an audiobook to listen to or a TV show to watch, and it's fun and easy. The color is true to the photos. I bought a teal one, a darker blue one, and a purple one for my family. We'll see how the durability lasts but so far I've had it about three months, use it almost daily, and it's holding up fine. Good value for the price ($20 when I bought it).

It was only just delivered today so I can't speak to how well it works for weightloss/getting fit (I'll update if/when I've used it with some regularity). I can however show what came in the box. It looks like a decent product but a little cheaply made and noisy. Neither thing will dissuade me from using it though. The weight isn't too heavy but it has a little heft to it. It was easy to put together and easy to adjust to the width I needed. I did give it a try for a few minutes and I could already feel that it got my heart rate up which is good. I've never been good at hoola hooping so I don't expect to be great at it at first but I wanted to try something that I could do at home while still being near my kids. I can see that pieces may easily unclip and that since the entire thing is plastic it may not be too comfortable but it's still worth the try for me, if it ends up giving me good results I will purchase a higher quality version. For now, I'm happy with my purchase overall.

LOVE this hoop! I just returned a different brand for not working properly and being extremely hard to take off. This one is very easy to use, easy to get off, easy to adjust the length of the weight rope, and easy to keep continuously rotating! I’m hoping to loose a little weight, as well improve my lower back and hip issues. Time will tell how well this helps, but for now, it’s fun to use! It’s a little noisy as expected, but it seems sturdy and rotates smoothly! I can use it while watching a 30 minute TV show and the time passes pretty quickly! I will update at a later date as to whether it actually works to help lose weight, but for now I definitely recommend!

I like it and it works well, but definitely not quiet.

Nice workout addition. It does take a minute to get used to it but once you do, you will be a pro. Recommend doing with plenty of space to not hit anything. Assembly was very easy and takes less than 5 mins.

Very easy to use. It is noisy, like other consumers point out, but the weighted ball flows smoothly and the links are sturdy and easy to add/ remove.

So far I love it, I just recieved it yesterday and have spent maybe a total of 30 min using it. It's fun, just like a hula hoop that never falls. I am a 2x-3x and I ordered the 56". I was still able to remove a couple links and it fits well. My daughter is an XS and we were able to adjust to her size also. Removing and connecting links is easy. The track runs smoothly. Sure, there is noise, but I tend to like the sound of the track for rhythm. I really hope this holds up. Even if it lasted a year, for the price and amount of use it's so worth it.

Very useful

This is the best exercise tool ever! It got me moving and it's fun at the same time! Love this product! Package came earlier than expected. It's a great way to keep fit and de-stress after a long day at work. Also, it's easy to ensemble.

Good but a little noisy

Great fitness hoop. I’ve wanted one for a while and chose this one. It’s quick and easy to put together. It does have a noise it makes but it doesn’t bother me as it helps you get into a rhythm. I did find it took more work to keep it swinging around than I thought. I’m not sure if it’s just this hoop or if they’re all like that. I could also be wearing it too low. It takes practice that’s for sure.

Quality was okay, value for money ? Not really. A little difficult to attach.
