Yes, it goes from the round unit on the table, to the device that has the camera. When we bought it, it had one, but it was not long enough, that is why we bought this one.

Yes, the 15m Lifesize Link Cable is compatible with Lifesize Icon 450.

Q: Have this cable two 8pin usb connectors?

There is no were Lifesize makes reference to the amount up pins in their cable. Although their cable looks a lot like an 8pin USB cable, it is NOT. Physically it is narrower so it will NOT fit.

Not sure. It worked with Icon 600 but not sure about 450.
