Well referenced but it's an advertising book
An interesting book. Well referenced, I haven't had chance to check all the references as yet.Uses a lot of scientific language but nothing too bad.Some of the protocols listed in the book are probably only suitable (cost & time) for doctors who write books about the expensive products they sell and advertise in the books they write.Yes, I can help but think this is a book full of adverts.However, it has given us plenty of extra information about MB that we are finding useful.
