Lovely quality and a beautiful tone. Easy to play using the music using letters for the notes even if you have no musical experience. Would have liked more music with the letters.

I absolutely love this instrument! It is so easy to play and you get to understand more about music. The steel pan is excellent for children and great for adults who are not usually music savvy. This musical instrument is so easy to learn and pick up songs you may know. I highly recommend this beautiful Caribbean musical instrument!

Great sounding instrument. Bought for my family to learn to play. Everything functional, but feel they have scrimped on the stand, sticks and 2 sheets of A5 music. Given the price I would have expected a bit more. A little bit more on these items would have made it a great buy. One point to note is that it is 8 notes in Gsharp: G, A, B, C, D, E, F#, G. You will need to bear this in mind when finding / adapting music as it is quite limiting. The letters are painted on in black on the main blue body which makes them hard to see. I used a white acrylic paint pen to redo these to help a partially sighted user.Knocked one star off because of the price vs quality of accessories.

This pan is fantastic. As a newbie it is just what I needed and wanted. Added to that, the company is brilliant and had fantastic customer service. I had problems downloading the beginners guide and when I contacted the company they immediately said they would post a copy to me. And I got an email from the owner apologising. I was undecided about this drum, thinking it to be rather expensive, but the clarity of sound is brilliant. It’s a compelling instrument to play and I’m really pleased with it

My 10 year old son loved it. Great quality, great sound (we bought the larger on of the two and I’m glad we did as I feel the smaller size would have been to small) highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. was able to do this after an hour with the small pamphlet that came, and I've never played precuchion in my life! Still tricky but sounds great, my baby 10 weeks old sleeps straight through it!
