Picked these just because they were recommended by Amazon to attach some drawer sliders to a metal workbench. They.... Just work. It's like magic - they cut into steel and then tighten really well! If you are attaching wood you can pull the head of the screws deep into the wood, no worries. Occasionally one will snap the cutting blade off the end of the screw instead of drilling a hole, but that could be because they are hardened at the end to cut into steel and I am clumsy. Just one thing - the standard driver bit on your drill or impact driver is probably a Pozi number 2 and WILL NOT drive these screws. A Phillips bit is required - if you have plasterboard screw bits, these will work a treat.
