Fantastic Addition to My Gaming Setup.
I’m loving the 12 Key Mechanical Keyboard! The build quality is top-notch, and the mechanical keys feel super responsive, perfect for my gaming sessions. The compact design saves space on my desk, and the per key RGB adds a nice touch of style. It’s been a game-changer for quick commands and macros. Highly recommend this to any gamer looking for a reliable, high-performance keypad!

Not hot swappable
Really like this keyboard, only issue I have is that the title states they are hot swappable however I tried to take the switches out to add my own and was having issues getting them off so I took the back off and had a look and they are soldered in don't be misguided by the title they are NOT hot swappable

a simple great macro keypad.
An excellent choice for anyone seeking a simple and functional macro keypad. clean, minimalist design with plenty of customizability to the colours it shows, easy programming for shortcuts/keys/ scripts following instructions in a little book. A great price, making it an affordable yet great! ,

No software, no easy link to download the software...
It might be a great piece of kit, but as I couldn't find the software to run it, I'll never know. The instructions with it, where just to search for a website, with pathetically poor support on it. Also as the item doesn't have anything helpful like a model I couldn't Google it!

Poor man's stream deck without LCD but ability to use on any device.
I use mine for Flight Simulator on XBox. After coding up the layers, colours and functions I have allocated buttons to perform various functions on MS flight simulator. Worked perfectly on FS2020 but 2024 still has bugs that loses the custom keys... not the fault of this device. I downloaded v3 of the sayo software which worked fine, never tried the web interface. Give yourself an hour or so to get programming the keys. This is the 3rd variety of these keys that I've bought, I have swapped the keys caps for clear caps that you can put a printed label under. If you want to invest more time, pair this device with AutoHotKey and you'll have your computer doing anything you want with a push of a button. A Stream Deck needs connecting to a computer... once programmed, this can be connected to any device that requires a keyboard.

Can I trust the software?
I purchase the 12 keys ( in two rows of 6 ) version. This item appears well made. The key action is excellent. The designated actions of the keys worked as instructed. The use of multi coloured keys can help to clarify the type of action of a specific key or could be used to indicate which of six levels of multi programmed layers is currently active. On the point of accessing the six layers of 12 keys I simply programmed the far right lower key as the control to scroll thru the layers. This means you have eleven keys to uniquely code per layer for a total of 66 unique inputs. So what's my issue? You have to goto a Chinese web site to program the keys as required i.e. anytime you wish to add a new function or overwrite an existing one you must goto the website. My web browser sayes the certificate checks out OK. I ran Norton quick scan following a visit to site and it checked out OK. The thing is a subsequent full scan of my PC showed issues with intermittent unauthorised access attempts which since removing the software have disappeared. Now were these issues genuine or just a screw up on Nortons part, I have no way of knowing. But, I felt uneasy and so returned the item for a full refund. I have since purchased an Elgaro stream deck which appears secure. Downside this was much more expensive and might be over the top for my requirement. You payes your money . . .

Very useful
I bought this keyboard so that I could customise my keyboard commands. It works very well when set-up correctly. I use a mac so the set-up was a bit fiddly and involved a bit of trial and error, but worth it in the end. It's worth getting some keyboard stickers too to help identify your new keys.

Exactly what I needed
This hotkey board is absolutely fantastic. It is well built and comes with a set of decent cherry switched and nice caps. The best thing about it though is the complete freedom to remap it how you see fit, The website that handles this is really easy to use and well thought out, it also has a large amount of features that can be programmed into the board from changing what keys it uses, changing the RGB colours and how they react to allowing you to run scripts with a single key press. I would 100% recommend this to anyone who need some hotkeys to do anything or even people who want to run macros in certain programs, I can see this board coming in handy in any of these situations.

Erwartungen wurden erfüllt. Mann muss allerdings nicht den Software download benutzen, sondern den normalen Homepage link. Darüber kan man die Tastatur nach eigenen Wünschen einstellen

I got this device to be an alternative to my logitech g600 since they've been discontinued, and because in Linux (Mint), the custom buttons can only store a single key press and not a macro, since the macros are logictech G hub specific. I was surprised to find that Sayo offered not only a web configuration app but a download as well. I'm sure i'm not the only one that ins't comfortable with a website being the only way to configure my device. because sites are notorious for going down without warning. So i initially downloaded the Linux application and found that it doesn't work very well, as the connection it establishes with the device is a really janky pseudo network connection to the usb device and then provides you with a local ip address to connect to in a browser. The main problem is the connection is spotty to the device and doesn't stay connected long enough to make any kind of usable changes. It also has a bad habbit of seg faulting so its nigh unusable. what did work to my surprise is the windows application, as it ran flawlessly under WINE. I was able to make macros and set button colours without issue. I set the 6 buttons on the left side to be SW Fn buttons to switch function layers. On all other layers i set the lower left most button to be a SW Fn0 button to return to the main layer. the macros are easy to make, only took a minute to understand how to set a key press then release, each a different command. otherwise the key is never un-pressed. I tested the macros in the respective Steam games i made them for and they work flawlessly. I even connected the board to another system and they continued to work as everything is stored on the device itself. all in all i'm very happy with this purchase and would recommend if you're looking for a low cost macropad solution that isn't hard to get working in Linux, provided you're fine with using WINE.

Consiglio vivamente questo tastierino sia per lavoro che per giocare (nel mio caso con Mfs2024)

Great device and well-worth it for the Black Friday ~$20 price You can program more than one function to one button, for example, Windows Key+Print Screen. Most keyboards require you to press a "function" key to control media, which is unacceptable. Now I can hit one button to make the volume go up or down, play/pause, skip track, etc. Cons. The color setting and possibly other programming functions are buggy but you can keep trying. After programming it, don't forget to hit the "save settings" button or all of your settings are lost. I wish the keys were clear and you could print an image for the inside that would light up. I ordered some transparent X-keys brand that should work, though they add $7 to the cost. But the backlighting on this device works about as well as it shows in the picture, with the solid keys. And you have to memorize what button does what.

I was considering a $150 stream deck for a live stream setup, but went with this instead. I’m glad I did! For $30 I got all the functionality required and more keys then needed for OBS shortcuts. The light changing options are pretty cool (Kids thought it was nifty) and can be practical to set individual colours to differentiate the keys. It’s a bit smaller than it looks in the sales picture, the keys are the same size as a normal keyboard. Not an issue, just FYI. Lastly it works on Mac, which some of these do not!
