Not one mention of "organic" in the manufacturer's extensive descriptions - one would conclude that it's not.

It is very hard to call a honey organic. depending on where you are. ie: California honey can NOT be labeled organic as bees are able to fly where they want and collect nectar/ pollen from a lot of different sources. some other states in the US allow labeling honey organic. I did not know the laws in new Zealand

How about a certification number? i don't see the company on umf nz.
