I recently bought the strap-on ice pack for the face, and it works great for reducing swelling and soothing pain. The adjustable strap ensures a secure fit, making it comfortable to wear, and the cold is really effective at providing relief. However, one crucial thing to keep in mind is the instruction to only leave it on for 20 minutes. A lot of people skip over this, but it’s important to avoid ice burn, which can happen if the pack is left on too long. It’s easy to get carried away and leave it on longer, but following the recommended time limit is key to using it safely. Overall, a great product, just be mindful of the timing!

This ice pack has been an absolute lifesaver for our family! I originally bought it for my son’s wisdom teeth removal, and it worked so well that we used it again when my daughter had her tonsillectomy. Was incredible helpful in recovery from oral surgery!! However I would recommend getting some extra ice packs if you are on a 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off schedule because they take a while to freeze because they are gel and didnt freeze by the time I needed it in rotation (not a fault of the product). I’ve only used for a short bit of time bit I haven’t had issues with the Velcro at all!

The headband is pretty comfy and the ice packs aren't super rigid..the gel bas helps them kind of conform to your face which makes it comfortable if you're laying down. The only thing that was annoying was that tthe ice packs only stay cold for like 10 minutes, but it came with 4 ice packs total so as long as you have back ups in the freezer you should be good to go!

Absolutely saved my life during my wisdom teeth removal recovery. I am 29 years old and had all four wisdom teeth removed the week before thanksgiving 2024 (I know my timing is perfect) The packs didn't stay super cold for long but for the recommended icing intervals this item was absolutely perfect. The velcro straps worked really well I kind of just set it and forgot it. I found the price more than fair and this fit my face perfectly.

Purchased end of February/early March for my wisdom teeth removal. Overall, compression is great, quality is upper level of good-not fantastic. Stitches started to fray quickly when it was being used every day, multiple hours of the day. The size fit was great and was adjustable to most sizes because of the Velcro. It’s a soft neoprene-esque fabric that’s very stable, but also flexible enough to mold to your jaw shape. The ice packs included were where this product lacked, I believe. Obviously, when you’re wearing an ice pack for a while, it needs to be switched out fairly regularly. These ice packs take what felt like forever to genuinely get cold for more than 5 minutes. Without the cold, the pain relief isn’t really there. If I was going through it again, I would still probably purchase, but maybe buy 2 of them so that I would have 4 sets of ice packs to rotate through rather than just the 2 sets it comes with.

I have recommended this product! It is fantastic! I had an implant pulled. My Periodontist told me for the first 48 hours to keep ice on the area 20 minutes, off 20 minutes. This product kept me Hands free, cold free, easy to use, comes with gel labeled ice packs that can also be used in the microwave for warmth, the headband is adjustable with excelled Velcro which fits any size head. I showed to the periodontist on my followup and I believe he will be recommending it from now on!

These worked great the first few times using it but then it was like the velcro stopped working on the head strap. However I used this product for almost 72 hours straight just changing out the ice packs they froze fast and then when I needed some heat instead of cold they held the heat! Highly recommend if you are getting your wisdom teeth out! All in all good quality just don’t be shocked when the Velcro stops working!
